Aneta joined along with Jayne and is our PMO and Project Management expert. Hailing from Poland, Aneta has forged a career in financial services and has been the driving force behind the Future of Advice initiative.
Professionally qualified and experienced Consultant with a strong delivery focus and strategic mindset. Significant experience across Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Service Management and Technical Project Management & Delivery disciplines, with a proven track record of achieving successful, measurable and sustained results. Experience of leading teams and playing pivotal roles across major transformation programmes. Proven ability to deliver consistent, on time and on budget business solutions, aligned to strategic goals. Carl is an avid Spurs fan and keen golfer.

Chris is an experienced Wealth Project Manager with significant experience of successfully delivering projects at HSBC. He is highly qualified and comes with in depth experience of Wealth products and operations and is a fantastic asset to our team.
Dom is the most recent addition to the team, bringing a wealth of experience to us in the role of Lead Consultant. Dom perfectly fits our mould of having change professionals with practitioner led experience and joins following stints at HSBC Wealth, Diligenta and Premier Asset Management.
Driven by a love of meeting people and building meaningful relationships, Giang has built a career on helping others to develop. With a diverse background across multiple sectors she has successfully delivered skills programmes within adult learning and further education and developed professionals and leaders within Financial Services (insurance, wealth, retail and commercial banking).
Motivated by helping people reach their potential through the right placement she understands a career path doesn't always follow a straight forward route, whether by accident or design. Giang is committed to finding great people and matching talent with organisations that share the same ethos.
When not at work she plays badminton (badly), runs short distances (slowly) and fuels her passion for music and dancing by going to gigs and forcing her eclectic musical playlists onto her children.
Giang is Matt's support act, also originating from HSBC, Giang is Simplify's blogger-in-chief and forges new relationships with the growing talent pool at Simplify. Giang is the outgoing and adventurous member of the team.
James joined us from HSBC where he had extensive experience in Project Management and Operational roles. James is an accomplished change delivery manager who works collaboratively with clients to deliver positive outcomes.
Jayne was one of the first brave souls to jump ship from corporate life and join the Simplify team. With over 20 years experience in Wealth businesses, Jayne is a qualified Business Analyst and the Simplify resident pensions expert.

Professionally qualified and experienced Consultant, specialising in Programme Management, with significant experience in delivering and embedding large scale transformational change, including Risk and Regulatory initiatives. Experience in leading teams both technically, in terms of Risk and Regulation, and providing strategic direction. Proven track record in consistently delivering change successfully on time, to budget and to quality, with excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and organisation skills. Kate is learning to play golf and enjoys running.
Kirstin supports Matt in our business support team and is the diligent administration expert bringing organisation and structure to the team. Kirstin works closely with Matt to manage our associate pool and keep the office running smoothly.
Matt joined us in February 2024 and brings a wealth of business analysis and market expertise to the business. Matt has a keen eye for detail and loads of experience to draw upon. Most importantly, he's a Tottenham fan, so flew through our robust due diligence process…
Having been in key leadership roles for over 17 years with a Global Bank Matt has a wealth of knowledge in Financial Services across many functions including Contact Centres, Operations, Projects and HR. Matt has recruited for multiple positions and knows first-hand the operational impact of bad hires but also the true value of giving the right people the right opportunities and how that can lift morale, performance and ultimately customer satisfaction.
With his extensive experience in managing and leading teams Matt's success has been down to effective engagement, building trusted relationships and a passion for working with people. Matt understands company culture and recognises talented people and uses his expertise to connect them to achieve mutual success.
On a more personal note Matt is married with two children, is tall (6'5") despite his name, loves most sport, enjoys a challenge and loves to socialise.
Matt is the man who gets things done at Simplify. He's Business Manager and looks after the talent pool. He comes with years of experience from HSBC when he managed the contact centre and delivered transformational change.
Mike is a key member of our Academy programme and has joined us from HSBC where we played a key role in delivering Pension Administration services. Mike has significant change experience and operations expertise and is a great asset to the team.
Natasha joined us from LV= where she carved out a career as a Business Analyst following a successful stint in Operations. Natasha brings significant operational expertise and change experience to our growing team.
Nina is now fully ensconced as a permanent member of the Simplify team, bringing with her over 20 years FS experience in systems & business analysis and testing roles. She also left a major corporate to join a growing consultancy business.
Rich is the IT guru in the team, with an analytical mind, a keen eye for detail and a data enthusiast. Rich spent over 10 years at HSBC in various roles and brings to Simplify significant Wealth product, proposition and IT expertise.
Tom is one of two Toms who are the first inductees into our Academy programme. Tom joins us from Quilter where he was a MI specialist and brings a huge amount of ambition and determination to our business.
The ‘other' Tom and the ‘other' Shearwood, Tom also joins us from Quilter and previous to that HSBC, where he has accumulated a wealth of operational knowledge. Tom is enthusiastic and analytical and will be a great addition to our academy.
