Austin has over 15 years' experience of delivering HR strategy and transformation within Digital, Software, Engineering and Telecommunications industries. His experience includes leadership positions within UK and International Businesses including BT and Convergys (now part of NEC - Netcracker).
Austin is a HR specialist with a passion for employee engagement and creating/developing highly effective and motivated teams to deliver success for the people and the business. Outside of work, Austin enjoys playing, coaching and watching sports as well as listening to live music.

David has over 25 years' leadership and software company experience with strong domain expertise in telecommunications. After various telecommunications software company CEO roles, he joined Volaris in 2013 as President of the Communications & Media portfolio.
Since 2013, David has grown the portfolio into what is now known as Lumine Group. Lumine operates in over 30 countries, serves over 1500 customers, and includes 16 acquisitions within the space, including MDS Global. David lives in Toronto, Canada but was originally from the UK and did his BEng in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at Brunel University.

John Burton is the Chief Executive Officer at MDS Global. John has an extensive 35-year track record of heading up telecommunications software organisations. A Chartered Electronic Engineer, with MBA qualifications and experience in large telco enterprise sales, John has led international organisations to success, managing teams across the USA, India, Croatia, Ukraine, Philippines, and New Zealand.
John has founded, raised venture capital funding, grown, and sold two telecommunication software companies. John has the knowledge and ability to communicate with all stakeholders, understanding both the customer requirements, and the most complex technology, to deliver optimal solutions.
John has over 30 years of experience delivering technology enabled transformation globally across multiple industries and customers. His experience includes leadership positions with several major consulting, outsourcing and systems integration companies serving FTSE 100 and world leading brands.
Passionate about innovation, John's approach to partnering and team building has delivered significant business outcomes with multiple customers. His role at MDS Global is to lead one of our Business Units and build strong partnerships to deliver our customers' business and technology goals and objectives.
Stephen is responsible for the product roadmap and development, ensuring that MDS Global takes the most appropriate technical direction and delivers best-in-class product software. Stephen has over 20 years' experience working for major software vendors - defining, building and implementing a range of market leading software products for the telecommunications industry.
From the start of his career as a programmer, Stephen has always had a passion for the detail of software development. He still enjoys understanding new technologies and actively experimenting with them.
