Dawn is the owner and Registered Manager of Infinity Home Care Ltd. She set up Infinity to provide the best home care possible based on her own experiences in the health and care sector. Dawn has over 26 years of experience in varying care roles.
Dawn's vision is to provide high-quality person-centred care services for people in their own homes, she is also a specialist in Person-centred Dementia Care.
Dawn gets to know the clients and their families from the initial assessment to ongoing reviews and she is also part of the team providing care.
Dawn personally recruits her team. She also guides the staff through the training programme, which is followed by ongoing supervisions and spot checks.
Debbie joined the Infinity team in 2017 as a Senior Care Assistant, before being promoted to a Deputy Manager role in 2019. Debbie has 24 years of knowledge and experience in the care sector and is currently working towards her NVQ level 5 in care and is also a Dementia Specialist.
Debbie works closely beside the Registered Manager with recruitment and selection. Her main duties include being the Care Co-ordinator and risk assessor.
Debbie gets to know the clients and their families from the initial assessment to ongoing reviews. From the initial assessment, Debbie will shadow staff and works alongside them with new clients until the care package is established and will go above and beyond to help both clients and staff.
Minna joined the Infinity team in March 2020 to cover maternity in an office admin role. With her impressive work ethic and willingness to go far above and beyond she was recently promoted to Office Manager in January 2021.
In the beginning, Minna was new to the care industry but has been able to bring different skills and a new angle to the role.
Minna is involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the company and is normally the first point of contact at Infinity.
