Responsible for defining and driving the concept, creation and user centered execution for campaigns and individual projects. In my role I directed several teams consisting of creative designers, content writers, analytical reporters, user experience designer's/wireframe production, front-end web designers and developers within the European arm of the agency... Services included web design, site structure design, key word analysis, SEO friendly copy writing, usability and SEO best practice design that conveys a specific brand promise, correct tone of language, USP's and a full depth and breadth of products in a concise and engaging manor, along with conventional graphic / marketing design solutions... My role, at CMS was to motivate and manage the team as well as controlling workloads injecting a new enthusiasm for creativity, taking on projects from start to finish. Creating a wide range of adverts, web sites and promotional materials for clients such as the NHS, Leonard Cheshire..
