Keith retired as the Bishop of Birkenhead in 2021. Initially, he qualified as a solicitor in 1980 before getting ordained in 1984. He served his curacy in Birmingham (where he was also chaplain in the Children's hospital). He was Vicar of Aston (1988-2001) and then Holy Trinity Coventry (2001-2007). He has been on several school governing bodies, including Chair of Governors at Bishops High School Chester (2008-2015) during which time he was also Chair of the Diocesan Board of Education. He joined the Board at St David's in 2017.
Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and is currently a Senior Associate within the School's Team at Hill Dickinson LLP working with independent schools, maintained schools and academy trusts. Charlotte is very experienced in advising on all aspects of employment and education law, as well as project managing the delivery of academy conversion and re-brokerage projects.
Charlotte joined the Board in 2015.

Greg is a qualified chartered accountant, he works part-time for the National Audit Office and is also a non-executive director of University Academy 92. After 26 years with the firm, Greg retired as a partner from Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP in 2018, where he had held a number of roles, including leading the firm's National Higher/Further Education Business. Greg is also an Old Davidean having been a pupil at the school. He joined the board in 2020 and also sits on the Finance Committee.

Paul Hadley is a Qualified Teacher. He Has spent over 15 years in Special Education across all age ranges, recently moving from a senior role at a specialist education College leading in quality development. He has worked in both an international school and LEA Special Schools. He has an avid interest in the outdoors, loves spending time with his family, trail running, and climbing in the local mountains. Paul serves as a minister in one of Llandudno's Churches. He joined the Board and Education Committee in 2019.
Rob qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG (then Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co) in Liverpool. He transferred to the Toronto office of KPMG in 1981, returning in 1984 to the Manchester office and qualified as a chartered tax adviser in 1988. In 1990 he joined Pritchett & Co in Colwyn Bay as a partner and has worked there since, being involved in all aspects of the business. He joined the Board in 2007 and is the Treasurer.
Roger was Headmaster of Leehurst Swan, Independent School in Salisbury for twelve years. He has wide experience of Independent school education having taught Science (Biology) and RE for 38 years in a variety of Independent day and boarding schools. He has been an ISI inspector for 14 years, a member of the Diocesan Board of Education for Salisbury, and is a member of the Royal Society of Biology. He joined the Board in 2019 and is Chair of the Education Committee.

Tim is the Head of Marketing at a large camping company in Switzerland. With over 17 years of experience within the outdoor industry, he has been working with global brands on marketing and strategy as well as climbing professionally for several years. Tim was a pupil at St David's from 2007-2013, and was house captain. Tim joined the board in 2018 and is the designated governor for outdoor education.

Alice runs an Architecture practice based in Conwy. She previously worked in a practice in Chester within the School's team delivering projects across North Wales and the North West. Alice was a pupil at St David's from 2000-2007, was head girl, and has been a member of the Old Davidean's Association for almost 10 years where she sits as joint chair. Alice joined the Board in 2015 and is the Chair of the Estate's Committee.
Eunice is an Interior Designer with extensive experience having lived and worked in both Hong Kong and Sydney. She now has her own Interior Design Studio in Llandudno, where she has settled with her family. She has two children who currently attend St David's College, one of whom has specific learning needs and benefits greatly from the learning support that the staff at the Cadogan Centre provide. Her interests include travelling, walking, sketching, art, music, architecture, food and wine. She joined the Board in 2022 and is a member of the Estates Committee.
