The 145th Street Alliance is a 501c3 organization that advocates for the pedestrian safety, economic access and civil rights of the Blind. Our main focus is on the creation and protection of truly affordable housing for the Blind and Legally Blind... The 145th Street Alliance believes that building community support is at the foundation of our mission. Our strategic campaigns are aimed at local, state and federal levels. These campaigns are geared at creating and protecting the civil rights, civil liberties and access to services for our community, the blind and the legally blind. With the collaboration of friends, allies, family and supporters, these campaigns will be successful.
