Gassia has nearly 20 years of IT staffing sales and recruiting experience. Prior to starting 1Link Technology, Gassia was a Partner with an enterprise-level firm where she was nationally ranked in the top 1% of producers for 9 consecutive years. Under Gassia's leadership, 1Link Technology grew by over 2000% between 2016 and 2018. In 2019, 1Link was named one of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in the U.S. by Inc.5000 Magazine at #182 and #518 in 2020.
Gassia grew-up in Central California where she received her bachelor's and master's degrees from California State University. Following the completion of her Ph.D. from the University of Virginia, Gassia began her IT staffing career and has never looked back. Her greatest professional passion is coming through for her clients through her obsession with excellence in all aspects of her practice including in the unrivaled customer service provided to all who do business with her.
In her free time, Gassia enjoys catching-up on her sleep, running and cycling, and spending time with her nephews and nieces who live in Central Virginia.

- Director - Human Resources
As the Director of Human Resources, Jennifer is responsible for the management of consultant and employee onboarding requirements, facilitating the timesheet and payroll process, and other day-to-day operations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, from the University of Mississippi. Prior to 1Link, Jennifer served as Branch Manager for a boutique staffing company and then transitioned to the benefits side of HR as a Benefits Administrator with an outsourced benefits consulting company. She temporarily stepped away from the business world to raise her two children until joining 1Link in 2018. She is married to Brian and the proud mom of Ben and Abby.
Jody graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Memphis with a BBA in Accounting. She has 25 years of accounting experience ranging from private industry accounting to a top 20 regional public accounting firm. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and Tennessee. Jody prides herself on not only being a valuable team member to her 1Link Technology colleagues, but to our clients and vendors as well.
When Jody is not crunching numbers, she enjoys running, biking and hula hooping. She resides in downtown Memphis with her husband - Brad, and fur babies - Chesney & Brody.
