Anand Kalyanam, as the Principal Architect, provides the technical direction and oversees software architecture at Softura. He has 20+ years of experience in architecting and delivering digital solutions across various industries. Passionate about technology, he strives for efficiency and quality of the projects we deliver.
Aravind Ravi is a techno-commercial professional with over a decade of experience in Presales, Key Account Management, and Content Strategy. He specializes in marketing solutions and services pertaining to IT, ITES, and Engineering Consulting Industries. From writing Advertisement Copies for traditional and digital media, writing content for Corporate Websites, Blogs, Podcasts, and Creating Go-To-Market Collaterals, Aravind has a proven track record implementing effective communication strategies for inbound and outbound lead generation.
Bilahari Balasubramanian is a qualified psychologist who has developed a personal brand for herself as a corporate trainer, life coach, and leadership training expert. She currently heads Human Resources for our India operations driving initiatives around learning & development, performance appraisal, generalist HR processes, and statutory compliances. She loves to work on cultural transformations and employee engagement. She heads a team of people who handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, learning needs assessment, training, and performance appraisal. She is also instrumental in evaluating HRMS platforms and in choosing the right platform for employee engagement. Bilahari holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Masters in Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from XLRI.
10+ years as a Human Resource Professional, having started her career in recruiting and staffing. She manages HR for Softura and FutureSoftIT. On Employee Relations - she handles the administration of recognition programs, manages and facilitates all employee-related town hall meetings, training, and extracurricular activities to boost morale. She is also responsible for benefits administration - open enrolment, benefit changes, any other benefit-related issues (medical, dental, life, disability, qualified life events). She handles our HRIS management tool - Paylocity. HR - Workers Comp, Short term disability (STD), Long term disability (LTD), Unemployment, COBRA, FMLA, OSHA, EEOC, ACA Filing, all other required reporting also come under her purview. She is actively involved in policy Implementation, policy interpretation, and support for all management and employee needs. She also supports employees on immigration- manage all new and existing UCICS H1B Petitions, CAP, extensions, F1, OPT STEM, CPT, invitation letters, experience letters

As one of the co-founders, CG Seetharaman has led the Technology practice at Softura for over 27 years. His passion for Technology has meant that Softura has always delivered cutting edge solutions to our customers across various business domains. A Technology Evangelist, Innovator, Mentor, and someone with a penchant to roll up his sleeves and look at code even today is a good way to describe him. He has a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Calicut University.

Corinna Adkins is a top-performing Business Intelligence Director with over 18 years of experience building and leading cohesive teams skilled at delivering innovative and efficient analytics and data solutions.
She is instrumental in delivering automated dashboards and data visualizations that tell a story and allow for actionable insights. Corinna leads a team of experienced developers capable of delivering BI from data ingestion to visualization.
Not only does she manage BI delivery for Softura clients, but she also manages internal BI operations for both Softura and Digital Signup.
Fredrick Antonysamy is a seasoned IT professional with 20+ years' experience in web-based applications development using HTML, XML, Javascript, CSS, ASP, VB6.0, ASP.NET, C#, Investment Banking solutions using Microsoft .NET Framework, ATM Applications development using VB6.0, COM and WOSA/XFS, Legacy applications migration - Power Builder to .NET, Business Intelligence using Business Objects and Solution Architecture. He is currently heading the research and development initiatives at Softura and plays a pivotal role in driving DevOps implementation on client projects.
Grishma has over 15 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Business Development in the Information Technology and Services industry. Her core areas of expertise include Digital Marketing,
Marketing Content Writing and Management, Marketing Research, Branding, and Sales Support. She strives for perfection and believes in out-of-the-box thinking to achieve best results for all the Marketing initiatives, while encouraging new learnings and teamwork.
Grishma has done Executive Program in Digital Marketing Analytics from MIT, Master's in Business Administration (Marketing), and Information Technology Engineering. She and her husband lives in Ann Arbor, MI with their two boys.

He actively drives internal process consistency using QMS methodology by process mapping and gap identification. Madhan is a consummate Information Technology professional with over 22 years of industry experience. Over the past decade and a half, he has excelled in management and leadership roles delivering diverse programs on different platforms for top-line customers across different geographies & cultures. He has rich experience in delivering programs covering greenfield implementations, transformations, and well-managed ADMS across Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Cloud, Mobile Apps, Omni-Channel Solutions, Websites & portals.
