Amy is an energetic New England native. Her love for ‘The Ocean State' inspired her to make Rhode Island her forever home. She has worked in the hospitality and customer service industry for over 17 years. Her love for meeting people, making connections and developing friendships have all influenced her induction into real estate.
Years in the hospitality industry have helped her acquire a skill set that provides attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and customer satisfaction. She believes in being patient, honest and working with integrity.
Amy has always had a passion for real estate and DIY projects. After purchasing her first home she decided to pursue that passion and become a real estate agent. Her purpose in real estate is to make the process of buying or selling your home as smooth and pleasant as possible. The wants and needs of her clients are paramount. She is patient, persistent and committed to serving her clients best interest.
Bill is a lifelong resident of Jamestown with a career path rich in serving his community. He is a retired Jamestown Police Sergeant and former Director of Jamestown's Park and Recreation Department. His leadership contributions do not stop there though. Many know him from his time on the field as North Kingstown High School's football coach or in his role as a high school basketball official.
Bill acquired his real estate license and joined another company before joining the RI Real Estate Services team. His previous work experiences provided a natural segue way to his new career. Some of the skillsets he has honed over the years make him an invaluable asset whether you are looking to buy or sell. Bill brings attention to detail, a calm demeanor in stressful situations, negotiating expertise and exceptional service to every client he has an opportunity to work with.
Bill is a veteran of the U.S. Army and Rhode Island Army National Guard, earned a Masters Degree in the Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University, and earned a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Rhode Island. Bill was elected to the Jamestown Town Council in 2018 and served until 2020. He was recently appointed to the Newport County Board of Realtors Board of Directors and was elected as President to the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce. He has also served on the Jamestown Affordable Housing Committee and is currently Vice-Commander of the Arnold-Zweir Post 22 of the American Legion.

As the Director of Sales & Marketing for Commercial Real Estate, Bob Countie assists businesses with the lease, purchase and investment in real estate property. He also works as a new home specialist, focusing on new construction for a multitude of projects, from single-family homes to condominium developments.
Formerly a Providence firefighter, Bob continues his commitment to serve by helping his clients. "I'm passionate about assisting my clients with their buying, selling, leasing and investing real estate needs. My mission is to provide outstanding service to my clients and exceed their expectations," explains Bob.
Bob's background in real estate management and sales make him a disciplined, goal-oriented professional. One of his greatest joys is working closely with buyers, sellers, builders, developers and investors in all areas of real estate.
He currently serves as a member of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors.

It's no wonder Dana Phillips is RI Real Estate Services Director of New Homes Division. A third-generation real estate professional with over 40 years industry, his passion and knowledge are unrivaled.
Dana's real estate education began in childhood, growing up in a home where both parents were Realtors. Dana's grandfather worked as a builder, a catalyst in his decision to focus on new construction. Though not a trained architect, Dana's helped to design new homes from the ground up - even drafting the plans. Now, he works with builders to identify new opportunities, secure contracts and assist in design.
Throughout his career, his passion for real estate has not waned. "On Sundays, you can find me out in the trenches. I'm putting up signs, ensuring properties are ready for prospective buyers. I've actually been offered Patriots season tickets that I had to pass up, because my Sundays are so busy. Fortunately, I love what I do!" says Dana.
A former President of the RI Realtors Association and winner of the Rhode Island Realtor of the Year award in 2000, Dana is uniquely positioned to assist builders and clients throughout the Ocean State.
As a native of the Ocean State and a former public safety professional, Dan recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and he strives every day to exceed their expectations. He has a strong commitment to work hard, listen and follow-through. Dan provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.
Dan was born and raised in Portsmouth. He graduated from Roger Williams University in Bristol and earned his graduate degree from Salve Regina University in Newport. Dan has resided in Saunderstown over the past ten years with his wife Lindsey and two young children.
Danielle Dantas possesses an undeniable passion for real estate. She entered the industry in 2013 and has been an agent at RI Real Estate Services ever since. She has always enjoyed helping others achieve their goals. As an agent, she loves transforming the dream of homeownership into a reality for her clients. Danielle has countless experiences as both a buying and listing agent. She admits her favorite clients to work with are first-time home buyers. She enjoys having the ability to support them on their journey to homeownership and reassures them every step of the way. Her unique and thoughtful approach when working with first-time buyers is something Danielle takes great pride in. She understands that no single approach is the right one for every client, therefore she takes careful consideration when designing a plan to help you reach your real estate goals.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her two children ages 5 and 12. She is active in the East Greenwich community and attends many local youth sporting events including softball and field hockey. If you see her out with her dog Louie, stop by to say hello!
Diana is a native of Cranston, RI where she continues to reside with her husband and two children. A graduate of Cranston West HS, she went on to earn a degree from Parsons School of Design in New York City.
She has over 23 years of experience in the Real Estate industry as both a property manager and licensed salesperson. Diana is an Award winning, multi-million dollar producer who specialized in new construction and custom built homes with National Builder & Developer, Picerne Properties. She is an active member of the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS, Rhode Island Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.
Diana takes great pride in her attentive and caring Customer Service Relationships which are a product of her Family Approach to Business. She is always honored to receive referrals from her clients, family & friends.
Betsy offers her clients well over Ten years of full time Real Estate experience. Her professional career has always been in sales, having spent many years in Retail Sales Management prior to becoming a full time Realtor.
Betsy's passion is building lasting relationships with her clients; ones that extend well beyond the closing table and end of the sales transaction.
Liz, a native Rhode Islander, was raised in Cumberlandand and now resides in East Greenwich with her husband, two children and Border Collie. Her depth of experience in various fields including business owner, sales and education has transferred wellto the ever-changing real estate industry.
Liz's success reflects her desire to put her customer's needs and satisfaction above all else. Honesty, patience, speed in communicating, staying abreast of market trends and creative marketing strategies are keys to her real estate practice. Greg has been a Resident of East Greenwich Rhode Island for over 38 years. A Veteran of the United States Army having served 3 years of Active Duty and an additional 2 years in the RI National Guard. A Graduate of East Greenwich High School and attended the University of Rhode Island.

He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors(NAR), Kent Washington Association (KWAOR) of Realtors and the Rhode Island Association of Realtors (RIAR). Born and raised in East Greenwich, R.I., and a top-producing real estate professional for nearly two decades, Greg is intimately acquainted with successful selling in the Ocean State. In 2015, Greg earned Realtor of the Year for the Kent Washington Association of Realtors, adding to a long list of accolades he's collected since starting his career.
Overseeing the company and managing the North Kingstown office in addition to being an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Kent Washington Association of Realtors and the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, has not stopped Greg from pursuing his ultimate passion: working as a licensed real estate professional to help clients sell or purchase a home.
Greg serves on the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation's board of directors, the Statewide MLS board of directors, executive committee and professional standards committee.
As the Marketing Director of RI Real Estate Services, Kristin manages the company marketing programs, brand management, and corporate sponsorships. She also serves as an in-house resource for our team of Professionals. Her extensive background in web design, graphic design and social media marketing lends an added asset to our marketing strategy.
A native Rhode Islander, Kristin spent 13 years in the Corporate Business world as a Web Designer and Business Analyst. There she gained a wealth of knowledge around corporate branding, marketing and communications. She left the Corporate Business world to spend time with her young children. Once her children were in school she found herself drawn to the Real Estate field and knew that her background could be a benefit to Real Estate Professionals. She joined RI Real Estate Services in 2018 where she continues to expand and grow the company's marketing strategy.

As the managing broker of Rhode Island Real Estate Services, Mike leads by example. He's negotiated the sale of 1,000 homes totaling over $300 million in sales. A dedicated partner to his clients throughout the transaction, he aims to build lasting relationships and negotiate the best deals on their behalf.
A native Rhode Islander, Michael focuses on all aspects of real estate and specializes in two distinct areas. As a certified DRS professional, he's committed to assisting physicians with their residential real estate and relocation needs. He also specializes in helping discerning luxury sellers auction their properties to the highest bidders around the world.
Nicole Carlino is a fixture at Rhode Island Real Estate Services. One of the original founders of the company, she helped to grow the business, foster the close-knit culture and expand from a single office to multiple offices throughout the state.
A 15-year industry veteran, Nicole fell in love with real estate following a successful career at a Fortune 500 financial company. Though her passion for finance remained steadfast, Nicole grew weary of the repetitive days and limited social interaction often par for the course in a corporate environment. The dynamic nature of her role at RI Real Estate Services, and her ability to lead and manage others are what Nicole enjoys most about her management position.
In addition to being the COO and CFO for the company, Nicole actively maintains her Realtor license. Additionally, she serves as the Chair of the Kent Washington Grievance Committee, an organization responsible for reviewing complaints by both Realtors and the public and upholding the code of ethics within the industry.
