Not a regular mom, a cool mom - a native San Diegan, Arin has been an Executive Administrative professional for over 15 years and loves the creative, supportive and brilliantly fun team environment at 401(k) Marketing. Being given the opportunity to wear multiple hats, managing various projects, supporting the main office while maintaining an amazing work/life balance, has been more than fulfilling. Arin has worked in public and private sectors, as a personal assistant, an educator and a government contractor as well as for herself as a painter, graphic designer and photographer.

Emi is our newest 401(k) Marketing team addition, a recent graduate from the University of Oregon Business College with a degree in Marketing. Her passion and experience with marketing lies within research, editing and looking at how data can drive business decisions.
Originally from Oregon, she spends her free time in her new hometown of San Diego admiring the palm trees and trying to maneuver the freeways. Emi also likes to find new exercise classes, travel, hangout with her 5 sisters and look at cats on the internet.

Missy joined the 401(k) Marketing team in January of 2015 and as the company's first employee, has been an integral part of growing the firm to where it is today. Armed with a passion to nurture and connect, she has helped many top advisors craft their unique value propositions, develop strong brand identities and create meaningful connections through a variety of marketing mediums.
She brings fresh ideas, a deep understanding of the retirement industry and a curiosity that drives her to explore new ways to enhance client relationships.
Missy enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband Dylan and pup Sadie, together they hike, travel and train. Missy is a competitive athlete, she has held state records for powerlifting and has recently started practicing the gentle art of folding clothes with people still in them: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Rebecca is the founder and CMO of 401(k) Marketing, LLC in San Diego, CA. The firm helps retirement plan advisors market their expertise and build long-lasting brand awareness. The company was founded on the idea that retirement plan advisors are specialists and should promote their unique skill set.
With over 15 years of retirement plan experience and an addiction to marketing, Rebecca is skilled at developing clear paths that are simple for plan sponsors, advisors and participants to understand. She is committed to company growth, advisor development and collaborative improvement. Her personality is naturally enthusiastic and she attracts fun, hard-working and ethical professionals.
