Today's urban dwellers aspire to live in places with ‘connection' to their community. They are much more connected and aware of relationships and human interaction and assign much greater value to this than what has been historically typical. This trend in developed communities is leading to more density and urban infill rather than once typical urban and suburban sprawl. Utilizing new urbanist design principles and new City and State planning laws allowing for increased density and ownership, AAREI is able to focus and capitalize on this new way of urban living.
