Absolute Angus believe great cattle start from the ground up & have always been critical in selecting & using the best genetics the industry offers in our breeding programs each year... To achieve this, Absolute Angus invested heavily in its foundation herd acquiring specially selected pedigree females with desirable traits from leading Angus studs including the 2010 Vermont Dispersal sale, and secured the top priced cow, Forres Wilcoola NFJ A18, sired by renowned Angus bull, Lochton Y003, with heifer calf at foot by Banquet Abode A005, at the 2011 Forres Angus Stud female dispersal... We continue to invest in the best bulls the industry has to offer that support our unique approach to breeding with particular emphasis on phenotype & data. This includes our very own stud sire, Landfall New Ground N90 who we own in partnership with ABS Australia.
