Denise Plemmons joins the Recycling Division from the Athens-Clarke County Economic Development Department where she worked with local businesses and helped attract new business to Athens. Denise is passionate about reducing our waste in Athens and is committed to help our businesses do their part in helping us reach our waste reduction goals. She serves on the board for the College Factory and is the Community Service Chair for LEAD Athens Alumni. Denise graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Chemistry.
