Daniel T. Nagasawa, MD is the Co-Founder of Achieve Brain & Spine, having completed his Neurological Surgery residency at UCLA and Sub-Specialization Fellowship training in Advanced Techniques for Complex Spinal Surgery at Kaiser LAMC. He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed books, book chapters, and articles on topics ranging from management guidelines for spine fractures and cord compression to optimal treatment strategies for rare malignant brain tumors. Paramount to his therapeutic strategy is open communication, so that both he and his patients have a full understanding of the disease process and subsequent symptoms being produced; then together they can determine the best course of action to most effectively improve the patient's quality of life. He emphasizes patient education above all else and has received numerous awards for his research and patient care. Dr. Nagasawa credits love for his family as the core of his strength and treats every patient the same as he would any of them. While he has operated on celebrities, such as Simon Cowell, and Royalty overseas, Dr. Daniel T. Nagasawa maintains that EVERY patient should be treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Nagasawa is proud to serve the Santa Monica location.
Dr. Deven Khosla has an extraordinary level of experience in spine and neurosurgery. He is an acclaimed board-certified neurosurgeon in Los Angeles who has been practicing advanced spine and neurological treatments since 2001. From his work in Chicago to LA and 15 years in a large private practice covering Reno/Tahoe's major trauma center and community hospitals, he has a breadth of experience that is unique.
Meet Kerry Lamb, PA-C, a dedicated healthcare professional committed to providing exceptional patient care and promoting public health initiatives. With a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University and a Master's in Public Health from UCLA, Kerry brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Achieve Brain & Spine.
As a Physician Assistant in Neurosurgery, Kerry specializes in neurosurgical procedures and outpatient care, ensuring patients receive the highest quality of treatment. With previous experience in public health and as a primary care PA-C, Kerry's diverse background enhances her ability to address a variety of medical needs and enhances her communication and understanding with patients from diverse backgrounds. Her dedication to healthcare extends to volunteer work and conference presentations, reflecting a commitment to improving healthcare access and advocating for vulnerable communities.
Beyond clinical practice, Kerry has actively contributed to public health initiatives, serving as a consultant at Sentient Research and participating in research at various institutions.
