ACTON SUPER BEEF

Acton Super Beef is the creation of the fourth-generation descendants of William and Eliza Jane Acton, who emigrated from Ireland in the early 1860s. They purchased a parcel of 1,000 acres of prime grazing land on the edge of Rockhampton for 25 cents per acre. From these humble beginnings nearly a century and a half ago, the Acton Land & Cattle Company have expanded their land holdings to approximately 3.87 million acres. Partners Graeme and Evan Acton provide active, hands-on management of the company's diverse day-to-day operations.
