Elliot joined Acuity as a Vice President in 2022 and brings a diverse background of global and boutique M&A experience. He started his M&A career in 2014 at Standard Chartered, where he learned to service clients' needs across a variety of sector-agnostic, cross-border transactions that spanned from growth investments to billion dollar transactions. He later specialised in the Consumer and Technology sectors across several boutiques, and has focused on both sell-side and buy-side transactions across tech sub-verticals including Deep Tech, Infratech, Supply Chain Logistics, Food Tech, and more. Elliot takes pleasure in staying on top of what he calls the "technological frontier" - learning every day about new tech companies that aim to transform the world with unique value propositions - and working with businesses to help develop their core value proposition and unlocking unrealised or unforeseen value.
Evia joined the Acuity team as a Client Support Executive in October 2021, and has a strong administrative background with a wealth of experience across different sectors. Evia's work history includes providing high-quality support to C-suite executives in Real Estate, Catering Consultancy, Private Equity and Software.
Hazel joined the Acuity team as Client Support Executive in August 2018 and has a strong administrative background having previously worked in a variety of different sectors. Hazel's experience includes providing high-quality support to senior executives in telecommunications, charity/not-for-profit, commercial property development and construction.
Kristina joined the Acuity team as a Client Support Executive in November 2016, bringing a wealth of experience in an interesting mix of sectors. Kristina has provided high-quality support to senior executives in aviation IT, motorsport, construction and property development.

Lukas joined Acuity as an Analyst in 2021, bringing sound financial modelling skills and corporate finance knowledge from Vienna University of Economics and Business. He previously worked as an Analyst in Corporate Banking at Erste Group Bank in Vienna, focussing on lending business in the agricultural and energy commodities sector. Lukas holds an B.Sc. from Vienna University of Economics and Business.
Marcus joined Acuity in 2014, before which he held senior leadership and corporate finance positions with some of the UK's most successful advisory and telecoms businesses. Roles with EE, KPMG Corporate Finance and BDO Corporate Finance have seen Marcus work in the UK and across the globe with successful entrepreneurs seeking exit, and at board level with multi-national corporates looking for growth through organic and inorganic investment.
