Anna McMaster was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology with Honors from the University of Georgia. During her undergraduate studies, Anna volunteered in the cardiac stress lab and attended a medical mission trip to Honduras. Prior to completing her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies at Mercer University, Anna worked both as a personal care assistant for someone with congenital muscular dystrophy and as a medical assistant in dermatology. While in her graduate program, Anna chose an elective in urology that further developed her passion for the field.
In her free time, Anna enjoys the outdoors and exploring Atlanta with friends and family. She loves staying active by hiking, running, and playing with her adult league soccer team. She is a big sports fan, and you can find her cheering on the Braves, Atlanta United, and the Dawgs.

Dr. Andy Ostrowski is proud to serve his hometown of Atlanta, GA. An alumnus of The Westminster Schools in Atlanta, he went on to graduate from the Honors Program at the University of Notre Dame. In recognition of his academic achievements, he was elected a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society at the Medical College of Georgia
Dr. Ostrowski completed his Urologic Surgery Residency training at the Mayo Clinic. He focuses on improving patient outcomes with minimally invasive procedures and incorporates the latest technological innovations into his practice. Dr. Ostrowski specializes in all areas of general adult urology, including but not limited to urinary stone disease, benign prostatic hyperplasia, urologic oncology, overactive bladder, interstitial cystitis, urinary incontinence, and men's sexual health.
In addition to his surgical expertise, Dr. Ostrowski brings to Advanced Urology a strong dedication to excellent personalized patient care. As a direct reflection of his training at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Ostrowski's practice shares Mayo's core value: the needs of the patient come first. Dr. Hemant Chaparala is a urologist trained in all aspects of general urology, but with a special interest in minimally invasive treatments for prostate cancer, kidney cancer, kidney stones, enlarged prostates and over-active bladder.
Dr. Chaparala received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University Medical School in 2016 and completed his Urologic Surgery residency at the Ohio State University in 2021. Dr. Chaparala then pursued advanced minimally-invasive training in laparoscopy, robotics, endourology, and focal therapy at the University of Florida. He was also trained in newer prostate cancer diagnostic techniques using high-resolution micro-ultrasound and transperineal prostate biopsy. Throughout his training, Dr. Chaparala has published and presented research at both the regional and national levels.
Dr. Chaparala focuses on patient-centered health care. He strives to provide compassionate, individualized care by tailoring the treatment plan to the patient based on each patient's unique preferences and priorities.

Dr. Herman Bagga graduated from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and earned a fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, considered one of the top Urology programs in the world. He has published multiple manuscripts and textbooks, has spoken at national conferences, and led national research trials. At his prior health network, he founded his Center for Men's Health serving three states and served as Director of Urology for his primary hospital.
Dr. Bagga cares for both male and female patients and provides thoughtful and holistic medical / surgical care for issues such as urinary problems from bladder or prostate issues, erectile dysfunction including implant surgery, testosterone deficiency, and Peyronie's Disease. He is a skilled reconstructive Urologist with extensive experience in the management of urethral strictures, fistulas, and other complex genitourinary abnormalities. He is also strongly experienced in the care of urinary stone disease including minimally invasive stone removal, the diagnosis and management of genitourinary cancers, and general urology.
Dr. Bagga has performed thousands of procedures and cared for countless patients, and believes every procedure and patient to be unique and important.

Dr. Jason Lomboy is a board certified urologist who treats all problems in the field of urology, but has a special interest in the latest minimally-invasive treatments for enlarged prostate and overactive bladder/urinary incontinence. Also a urologic oncologist, he specializes in the treatment of urologic cancers, particularly kidney, bladder, and prostate cancer, and is proficient in da Vinci robotic surgery. He utilizes the latest technology in all areas of urology to deliver excellent outcomes and a quick return to a better quality of life.
Dr. Lomboy believes that patients should always be the center of health care. Initially drawn to urology by its long-term relationships with patients, he strives to provide compassionate, individualized care to his patients. He focuses on treating the patient rather than the condition or disease state, and demonstrates this by developing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's priorities, preferences, and goals.
After growing up in western North Carolina, he earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Virginia before attending medical school at The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. He then completed his general surgery internship and urologic surgery residency at The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. While in residency, Dr. Lomboy received extensive training in minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He also presented research across many fields of urology at both the regional and national level.

Dr. Michael F. Nordsiek received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from The University of Scranton where he graduated from the Honors Program and Magna Cum Laude.
Dr. Moshe Shapiro is a highly-trained urologist who is passionate about providing personalized treatments and superior care to all of his patients. He specializes in all areas of urology including medical and surgical prostate treatments, prostate cancer, kidney Cancer, bladder cancer, BPH, kidney stone disease, incontinence, benign bladder disorders, erectile dysfunction, and infertility.
Dr. Shapiro trained extensively across all Robotic platforms including the latest Single Port System. He is also proficient with all aspects of minimally-invasive management of BPH including laser enucleation of the prostate. He has also worked on several top-of-the-line medical devices related to the urological field that are currently being submitted for a patent. Dr. Casey McCullough is board certified in Urology and joins us as an accomplished urologic surgeon specializing in robotic and minimally invasive surgery for benign and malignant conditions of the urinary tract. He previously practiced in Connecticut and began a de novo community hospital robotics surgery program which grew to one of the most successful in New England. Dr. McCullough's other interests include stone disease, minimally invasive treatments for BPH, cancer of the prostate/kidney/bladder, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, and blood in the urine.
Dr. McCullough earned his undergraduate degree from Colby College graduating Magna Cum Laude, with honors in both double majors of Biochemistry and Music. He was a principal saxophonist in the Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, and Symphony, as well as a two-sport varsity athlete in Ice Hockey and Lacrosse.

In 2019, she was awarded the Nursing Clinical Excellence Award by Northside Hospital for her clinical expertise, providing excellent patient care, and being a leader on the unit. Zohra returned to obtain her Master's of Science in Nursing in 2018; she graduated with Honors from Kennesaw State University as a Family Nurse Practitioner and chose to continue her career in Urology.
Zohra has extensive experience with the sensitive nature of urology, working as a Urology nurse for 6 years. She goes above and beyond to make all her patients feel comfortable and at ease. Zohra is very passionate about patient education and believes that through knowledge, her patients can be empowered to make the best decisions for their care.
