In 1981 Vincent D. Agbayani and his spouse Maria L. Agbayani, who today serves as the Chief Financial Officer, commenced its humble beginnings with a pickup truck and set of hand tools. At great risk their ultimate goal was to provide gainful employment opportunities while creating an avenue for financial independence with hopes for an economic security. From these humble beginnings Vince & Maria added the necessary elements to the company that would eventually become one of the largest minority owned construction company in California. In 1984 the company became a Corporation and since then has maintained the title of Agbayani Construction Corporation, or "ACC".
