Agata has over 10 years of experience in immunoassay and has specialized expertise in assay development in a highly regulated environment.
At Agilex Biolabs, she is responsible for all aspects of assay development and the development team with a focus on PK, ADA, and biomarkers methods. She has over 15 years of work experience in bioanalysis roles in companies across the UK, with significant experience in developing bioanalysis methods, immunoassay analysis and method development, and animal health analysis.
With a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science degree in Biotechnology, Agata enjoys designing experiments and working on streamlining the assay development process.

Alison has 10 years of experience in immunoassay bioanalysis in both contract research organisations and pharmaceutical companies in the UK. She has specialist expertise in the management of clinical and preclinical GCP/GLP bioanalysis studies.
At Agilex Biolabs, Alison is responsible for managing pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and immunogenicity validation and sample analysis studies under GLP and GCP regulations for support of preclinical and clinical release studies.
Alison has a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biomedical Sciences.
Alison is a project manager at heart and enjoys working with clients to deliver high-quality data. She takes particular pride in her data analysis and report writing skills.
She particularly enjoys the more complex analysis projects and since joining Agilex, giving her the opportunity to learn and challenge herself.

Amrita Basu has worked in the field of large bio-molecules for 10 years and has expertise in study directing and process improvements in bioanalytical analysis. She has extensive experience in development, optimisation and validation of Ligand Binding Assays (LBA) and anti-drug antibody (ADA) assays for biological and large molecules.
At Agilex Biolabs, Amrita is responsible for the following compliance with OECD GLP regulations, guidelines and SOPs, project and client management, sample processing and report writing. Amrita has a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Science in Biochemistry.
Amrita is passionate about exceeding her client's expectations and implementing world-class practices to gain more business. Her prime focus is always on quality and timely delivery of work for her clients.

Cameron has over 14 years in the CRO industry, specializing in preclinical drug development (originally, he began with pharmacology).
Cameron started his scientific life as a bench top scientist but migrated to the commercial side of the CRO industry when joining Charles River Laboratories. Over the course of his 14 years in the industry, Cameron has supporting clients through Discovery, Proof of Concept, Lead Optimization and IND-enabling studies, most recently with organizations like Labcorp (formerly Covance) in Europe, Asia/Pac and North America.
He enjoys helping clients through their processes and seeing their technology advance and grow.
Chrissy has more than 20 years' experience in recruitment, human resources and management roles in the United Kingdom and Australia and joined Agilex in 2015. Having fulfilled a number of management roles in the hospitality sector in London, Chrissy emigrated to Australia and has held operational, management or HR advisor roles for a number of private sector companies in the recruitment, international development, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.
Chrissy has partnered with executive teams and managers to establish and sustain HR systems and processes; and has partnered with staff to create collaborative and productive working environments. Focused on achieving a balance between the needs of the business and the interests of employees; Chrissy has managed the HR responsibilities associated with business acquisitions and company growth.
Chrissy simply loves what she does, she likes the fact the no day is ever the same and is passionate about making employees working lives better, even in a small way.
David is experienced at Board and executive level, with strong financial and management skills. He has a good blend between operational and strategic goal setting and the management of people and growing businesses. David was the Group CFO of the RAA from from 2008 to 2016. The RAA is South Australia's peak motoring and personal insurance body representing the interests of 650,000 motorists and 440,000 Insurance policy holders with a turnover of $500m.
More recently David was Chief Financial Officer of EduCo International, a global education provider, before returning to his passion of business consulting through his own company.
David's career has included senior executive roles with a multinational advertising agency, a fast growing entrepreneurial media company, a financial services company, the RAA, a Lifesciences business and more recently a global Higher Education business. This experience has provided David with the necessary skills to adapt swiftly to new and challenging environments and taken him from the boardrooms of public companies to the factory floor in a variety of businesses.
Jason Geue has 15 years of experience in the field of bioanalysis. Jason and his team at Agilex Biolabs are responsible for developing robust mass spectrometry assays in a variety of matrices under GLP regulations, to support preclinical and clinical release studies.
With a PhD in chemistry and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in chemistry, Jason currently has 10 peer-reviewed scientific papers in high impact journals. He has a background in bioanalysis in research and industry roles and specialised expertise in complex method development and mass spectrometry analysis.
Jason has a passion for problem solving and enjoys the challenge of successfully troubleshooting analytical problems to find solutions to commercial and scientific challenges for each client.

Emeline has worked in the field of immunology and has 4 years of specialized expertise in pharmacokinetic and biomarker assays. She has extensive experience in studied human immune responses using a variety of assays.

With over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company.

Patrick Hughes has over 15 years of experience in immunology research. With a PhD and B.Sc. (Hons.) in medical physiology, followed by prestigious NHMRC R.D. Wright and Peter Doherty fellowships, Patrick has been at the forefront of immunological research into understanding how altered immune function impacts disease. He has published 38 journal articles and 4 book chapters, including clinical trials published in the highly regarded Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA)
Patrick and the ImmunoBiology team are responsible for developing multi-parameter flow cytometry assays, ex-vivo functional PBMC assays and customised cell-based assays to enable clients to better understand the mode of action and impact of their drugs in clinical trial patients.
Stephen has a proven record of success in executive leadership, producing transformational expansions and enabling Australian companies to establish and refine their global reach in the pathology and healthcare sectors. His background working in complex and highly regulated markets, both in Australia and globally, paired with a strong track record for facilitating successful mergers and acquisitions, makes him uniquely qualified to lead Agilex towards continued growth and success.

Tom has 9 years of experience in bioanalysis roles, with extensive experience across the pharmaceutical industry in contract research organisations and pharmaceutical companies in the UK. He has particular expertise in the development and validation of pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamics and anti-drug antibody immunoassays.
At Agilex Biolabs, Tom is responsible the management and regulatory compliance for clinical (GCP) and pre-clinical (GLP) bioanalysis studies and ensuring that the needs of clients' projects are met. Tom is also responsible for the development of PK, PD and ADA immunoassay methods, typically utilising immunoassay and ELISA platforms.
With a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Medical and Molecular Microbiology, Tom is a keen scientist and enjoys working with new technology and optimising processes in the lab. He particularly enjoys the analysis of complex data and the application of statistics to answer challenging questions and arrive at robust and accurate conclusions.
