Andrew Rickards

Andrew Rickards serves as a Director at AID Genomics. Mr. Rickards has held senior positions in the financial services sector, including Managing Director and co-Head of Telecoms, Media, and Technology Investment Banking, Goldman Sachs Asia, and Head of Asia for Rothschild & Co, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. In 2011, Mr. Rickards was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Yoma Strategic Holdings, a Singapore listed conglomerate. Since 2020, he has served as President of Petra Group, a diversified conglomerate with a focus on the environment and sustainability. Mr. Rickards currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Obrizum Group Limited, a United Kingdom technology company developing an adaptive learning platform. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in London and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1988. Mr. Rickards holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering science from the University of Exeter.

Asaf Gertler

Dr. Gertler serves as our Senior VP of Clinical Affairs. Prior to joining us, Dr. Gertler served as a clinical laboratory director of the pathology department at Hadassah Medical Center both at the Ein Karem and the Mount Scopus sites of Hadassah. Dr. Gertler oversaw the overall management as well as specific project management including annual budget management, human resources management, the introduction of new platforms and technologies, implementation of new diagnostics, upgrading of infrastructure, maintaining the ISO quality system, and characterization of LIMS updates. In addition, Dr. Gertler was part of several internal committees and bodies at Hadassah including the laboratories ISO group, the organizational tissue committee (Israeli MOH regulations), the Hadassah new technologies approval committee, and the "seed money fund" committee for applied research projects. In addition, Dr. Gertler was the clinic-pharma coordinator on behalf of the pathology department leading many successful projects of early access diagnostics and treatments that were presented to the Israeli MOH, Health Basket Committee. In this period, Dr. Gertler is a lecturer in the course "Clinical Pathology" at the Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan. Dr. Gertler was a research associate at Professor Haim Cohen's laboratory at Bar-Ilan University, where he performed his Ph.D. and postdoctoral fellowship researching aging and metabolism. Dr. Gertler holds B.Sc., M.Sc., and a Ph.D. in biotechnology from Bar Ilan University, Ramat-Gan, Israel.

Dor Sultan - CMO

Mr. Sultan has served in the army in the special intelligence unit of the Ministry of Defense. He holds a law degree with specialization in taxation. Dor Sultan serves as CMO at AID Genomics. Over the past 10 years Mr. Sultan has held several senior management positions, having extensive experience in business strategy, media, marketing and public relations.

Dr. Izhak Haviv

Dr. Izhak Haviv serves as Chief Scientific Officer of AID Genomics. Dr. Haviv is also an honorary associate at the University of Melbourne and a visiting scientist at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Prior to joining AIDG, Dr. Haviv served as Chief Executive Officer of Haviv Genomics Ltd. Dr. Haviv has worked as an Associate Professor at Bar Ilan University School of Medicine and served as Group Leader at Baker IDI and as a post-doctoral fellow at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre (c/o D.D.L. Bowtell). Dr. Haviv holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Tel Aviv University and aMaster of Science degree and PhD from the Weizmann Institute of Science.

Itai Cohen - CFO

Itai Cohen serves as Chief Financial Officer at AID Genomics. Mr. Cohen has over 10 years' experience holding key positions in the Israeli financial markets, including acting as senior manager and C-Level positions in global firms. Prior to joining AIDG, Mr. Cohen worked as CFO of public and private corporations in various fields, including energy, genetics, high-tech, and finance. Prior to that, Mr. Cohen served as Senior Manager at KPMG International. Mr. Cohen's expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, auditing, financial statement reporting, international tax planning and Israeli taxation, consulting and valuation of projects. Mr. Cohen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Art degree in accounting and economics from Open University and an MBA degree from Ben Gurion University.

Kelvin Wu - Chairman, Founder

Shimon Gross

Shimon Gross is the Executive Vice President of Genomics at AID Genomics. Dr. Gross is an accomplished biomedical sales, marketing and business development professional with over 20 years' experience in the IVD and medical device industries. Dr. Gross is skilled at developing new products and markets, allocating and managing distributors worldwide, price structuring and term negotiating. Prior to joining AIDG, Dr. Gross served for over a decade as Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing at Savyon Diagnostics Ltd., a member of the Gamida B.V. Group and a leading manufacturer of clinical IVD solutions. Prior to joining Savyon Diagnostics, Dr. Gross served as a Postdoctoral fellow at Washington University School of Medicine, performing translational research in the field of in vivo Molecular Imaging. Dr. Gross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in life sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Masters of Science and PhD. degrees from the Weizmann Institute of Science. Dr. Gross has authored over 20 peer-reviewed scientific publications and holds numerous patents.

Snir Zano

Snir co-founded AID Genomics with Kelvin and has served as CEO and director since 2018. Prior to that, he was the CEO and Founder of Zano's World, a global homeland security service provider in the field of IoT and cybersecurity.

Yannay Ramot - COO

Prior to that, Mr. Ramot served as Chief Operations Officer in private corporations. Mr. Ramot is a certified attorney and holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree and Bachelor of Art degree in economics from HaifaUniversity and an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University. Yannay serves as Chief Operations Officer at AID Genomics and has over 10 years of experience in the Israeli health market in the fields of operations, procurement, logistics and economics, including management positions in organizations in the public sector, as well as in the private sector. Before joining AIDG, Mr. Ramot served as Director of Operations and Procurement in the National Control Center for the Treatment of Corona.
