As a double-board certified professional in both Pain Management and Anesthesiology, Dr. Doraiswamy stands as a leading figure in pain management within the Inland Empire. Beyond his impressive credentials, he is recognized for his exceptional compassion and genuine interest in each patient's life story. Audrey was born and raised in the Philippines. She was raised by her devoted parents who taught her the value of hard work, integrity, and service to others. Audrey moved to the United States in 2015 and settled down in San Diego.
Audrey holds a B.S. in Food Technology, but she has dabbed in multiple industries as an entrepreneur and employee. These industries include custom furniture design and manufacturing, fitness, insurance, events, and hospitality. Her exposure to different industries taught her how to adapt quickly and harmoniously work with colleagues who come from different backgrounds.
Prior to joining The Hosalkar Institute, Audrey worked for a large retirement community in the dining department. She started there as a Diet Aide/Cook but her unquestionable work ethic and demonstrated performance opened more opportunities for her. The last role Audrey occupied in the retirement community was as a Dining Room Manager. She oversaw around 25 front of the house staff who served over 300 residents. It was here where her passion for service was reaffirmed. She carries with her the same enthusiasm for service and patient care as other team members of The Hosalkar Institute.

Delores was born and raised in San Diego, California. She comes from a loving family of Seven. She is the youngest of four sisters. Delores graduated from Pima Medical Institute with her Medical Assistant license in 2019. At a young age Delores always loved helping and caring for others. Every 2nd Saturday of the month Delores volunteers with her church to give back to the community and homeless.
Delores enjoys spending time with her toddler son, family and friends. She also enjoys singing and listening to music. She is a dedicated worker and eager to learn. She enjoys interacting with patients and helping them in any way she can.
Delores has been a welcome addition to ‘The Hosalkar Institute' and joined in 2019 as a medical assistant and case manager.

Aboo Nasar MD.MPH.MBA is a Fellowship Geriatrician and Internal Medicine physician practicing in San Diego County over 14+ years and has been practicing over 23 yrs in total. He started a multi-specialty group in Dallas and moved to San Diego to pursue a Fellowship in Geriatrics in 2005. He has additional board Certifications in Holistic and Anti-Aging Functional Regenerative Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Dr. Nasar's ultimate passion in Holistic and Integrative Medicine has been the driver behind the Integrative Medicine Clinics. He is Board Certified in Anti-Aging Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine. He is currently pursuing an Advanced Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Functional Regenerative Medicine. He has nurtured great interest in Brain Health and memory and setting up protocols to optimize Brain Health. Dr. Bhavesh Patel is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician with well over 20 years old experience in internal medicine/primary care and hospital medicine.
After completing his undergraduate studies at Baylor University, he graduated from Nova Southeastern Collage of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his medical residency at Brooke Army Medical Center at Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Patel served in the U.S. Army before honorable discharge as a Major in 2007. He has taken care of thousands of active-duty military as well as retired military during his career. Dr. Patel has well over 100,000 patient evaluations over the past two decades.
After the military he has been practicing in San Diego, CA and has managed a myriad of patients with chronic medical conditions giving them the best quality of life possible. Dr. Patel has a personal passion for physical fitness and exercise nutrition and utilizes that to try and help his patients incorporate a sustainable wellness lifestyle plan in order to prevent and manage medical conditions, as well as to slow the aging process. Dr. Caleb Roberts is a Licensed Acupuncturist and holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with over 3 years of clinical experience. Dr. Roberts is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients; primarily with acupuncture. Utilizing various methods of treatment allows for flexibility and offers a customized approach to be used for each individual case.
Dr. Roberts studied at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. He holds an associates in Holistic Health Studies, a masters in Traditional Oriental Medicine and a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Caleb was chosen to be the graduation speaker for his class when he graduated from the masters program.
As an Acupuncturist, Caleb has learned valuable professional skills such as the location and function of over 300 acupuncture points and the medicinal value of hundreds of herbs and classical herbal formulas. He has undergone a 21 day training program in Chengdu, China at the largest Eastern and Western integrative hospital specializing in herbal medicine and acupuncture. While obtaining his degrees, Caleb worked as a massage therapist and ran his own mobile massage business. He has spent six years developing therapeutic models, learning about client relations, and balancing treatment efficacy with a comfortable approach. Caleb is actively involved with learning new aspects of both acupuncture and herbal medicine. Dr. Catharine Marshall is a gynecologic surgeon whose clinical focus is performing minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures. She can help with a variety of OB-GYN issues, including post traumatic OBGYN problems, uterine fibroids, menopause, pelvic prolapse, infertility and other conditions. She also performs tubal sterilizations and is an expert in contraception.
A member of the Scripps Minimally Invasive Robotic Surgery Program, Dr. Marshall performs robot-assisted surgeries for a wide range of gynecologic conditions. In addition, she performs endometrial ablation to treat uterine bleeding and diagnostic and surgical hysteroscopy.
Her interests include San Diego Opera and choral music, reading and hiking.

Dr. Green is a licensed Psychologist in California who specializes in Neuropsychology. With her expertise, she offers comprehensive neuropsychological assessments, evidence-based cognitive rehabilitation, and psychotherapy services to individuals who have acquired brain injuries. Dr. Green has gained valuable experience working full-time in post-acute residential and day treatment neurorehabilitation settings, as well as at the VA in San Diego, in private practice, and in school settings. She obtained her Ph.D. from UC Berkeley and completed a postdoctoral degree in Clinical Neuropsychology at the Fielding Institute.

Dr. Cynthia Jones Levin, PhD has been practicing clinical Psychology in California since 1996. She has a broad range of practice areas including cognitive and psychodynamic therapy for the treatment of anxiety, depression, and post- traumatic stress disorder.
Dr. Levin received her PhD in clinical Psychology from the APA approved California School of Professional Psychology in 1996. She received a BA in Psychology in 1983 from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, Lima. She received a fellowship in Psychology at the Psychologist College of Peru in 1985. She is fluent in English and Spanish and speaks French as well.
Her areas of practice have included being a practicing School Psychologist including testing, counseling and individual and group therapy and private practice counseling with adults, children, adolescents, couples and families.
Dr. Levin has had 2 novels published and a psychology book as well. In her spare time, she enjoys writing, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Daniel Burgess is a busy private practice General Surgeon in San Diego and Riverside County. Dr. Burgess provides care at Sharp Memorial, Scripps La Jolla Hospital, Sharp Coronado, and Palomar Medical Center in Poway.
Dr. Divya Krishnamoorthy is a dual board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist, licensed in California, with extensive experience in treating a variety of mental health disorders including but not limited to depression, anxiety, mood and trauma-related disorders, attention and disruptive disorders that result in limitation of functioning of individuals and families, at home, school, and work.

Dr. Eric Hong is a premier cardiologist in San Diego, voted by his peers as ‘Top Doctor" for the last five years.
He received his undergraduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He then took a year off to do the Americorps program in Westside Chicago, linking clients to primary health care and social services. Dr. Hong went to University of Pittsburgh for medical School and UCLA Medical Center for internal medicine residency. He did his cardiology fellowship at Drexel/Hahnemann in Philadelphia. Dr. Hong returned to his native Southern California in 2013 where he remains in private practice.
Dr. Hong is board certified in cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear medicine, vascular imaging, and cardiac CT. He has been a member of the American College of Cardiology since graduating fellowship. He has a hybrid private practice/concierge program attentively managing all his patients. Dr. Janet Zakarian is an Armenian-American Clinical Psychologist in San Diego. She first noticed her love for helping people through Psychology when she was in the 9th grade. From then on, her goal was to become a doctor in psychology and to help people. She went on to obtain her bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA and her Doctorate degree from Alliant International University in San Diego. Dr. Zakarian gained her clinical experience from an APA accredited pre-doctoral internship in Community Psychology, working with the underserved minority populations in Los Angeles. She did her post doctorate training in two hospitals in South Bay. She utilizes helping people with a combination of both Western and Eastern practices as a scientific and holistic approach. She pays attention to details and is open to learning from new perspectives. Dr. Zakarian appreciates working collaboratively with her clients in order to best serve each individual client.
She enjoys working with kids, adults, and the elderly. Dr. Zakarian has worked in various inpatient and outpatient settings ranging from a hospital to a prison, to a center for autism. Dr. Jared Brummel is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine, Total Joint Replacement, and Arthroscopy As an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Brummel is focused on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries, disorders and diseases of the body's musculoskeletal system.
Dr. Brummel graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007 in Erie, Pennsylvania. At Riverside County Regional Medical Center, Dr. Brummel completed his internship, followed by his Orthopedic Surgery Residency. He then went on to complete his Sports Medicine/Arthroscopy Fellowship at the renowned Hughston Clinic (Columbus, GA) before the joining the practice for several years. Dr. Zapatel is a board certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, and General (adult) Psychiatrist. He was born in San Francisco, California, and was raised in the US and Mexico. Upon completing Medical School in Guadalajara, Mexico he returned to the US for residency in Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry through the Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry. After training for 5 years in Boston, he relocated to San Diego, California mostly because of the bicultural aspects of "America's Finest City" and to be close to family.
His interests are in mood disorders, PTSD/anxiety disorders, and ADHD. He is a knowledgeable and skilled at psychopharmacologic approaches, but thoughtful and always will listen to his patients. Dr. Bell has worked with the brain injury population in a variety of settings including day treatment, inpatient polytrauma, residential neurorehabilitation, home & community, and supported living. Dr. Bell has been a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) since 2016 and is committed to continued contributions in the field of neurological rehabilitation through implementation of evidence-based, client-centered interventions.
Dr. Bell also teaches occupational therapy students at University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. She has taught coursework on neuroscience, safe patient handling, anatomy, and clinical practice in adulthood.
In her free time, Dr. Bell enjoys boating on the Colorado River, DIY projects, and game nights with friends.

Dr. Keeran Kumar is a premier pain management specialist in Southern California.
Dr. Kumar is a double board-certified and fellowship trained pain management consultant. He is an active staff physician at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, and local surgical centers.
He received his bachelor's degree from UCLA and also has a master's degree in public health from the UCLA school of public health. He went onto UCSD School of Medicine where he earned his medical degree. He completed an internal medicine internship at University Medical Center in Las Vegas. He completed his anesthesiology residency at UCSD, followed by an interventional pain management fellowship. His honors and awards include the Dean's scholarship at UCSD School of Medicine.
He has an extensive educational background and the most up-to-date medical training in pain management. His interest in pain medicine stems from his research background in chronic pain and spinal physiology, and he utilizes this knowledge in his private practice. Dr. Kevin Yoo is one of the premier neuro-spine specialists in Southern California. He received his bachelor's degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Morehead Scholar. He went onto Emory University School of Medicine where he became a doctor in medicine and did his Internship. He moved onto the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he attended graduate school and did two years of research on brain tumors. Dr. Yoo then moved to Illinois to Loyola University Medical Center for his first half of his Neurosurgical Residency and then completed it at University of California at San Diego.
Dr. Kevin Yoo is dedicated to the intricate care of each and every patient he treats. Dr. Yoo works at various hospitals in San Diego where he cares for complex trauma, brain and spine patients. Throughout Dr. Yoo's medical career there has always been a passion for research, which has led to numerous publications and presentations. He has extensive training that has resulted in his intricate and meticulous expertise. Dr. Yoo has been relied upon as a spinal and neurosurgical expert throughout his career.

Dr. Malia Ahadi DACM, LA.c is a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist, certified by California Acupuncture License Board and National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She also certified in clean needle technique by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM). She has a B.S.E in Industrial Engineering.
After having an outstanding result from personal experience with Eastern medicine, she decided to change her path towards the same. This deviation brought her to San Diego, where she started studying Chinese Medicine at PCHS to pursue her interest, and she couldn't be happier with this career decision. She has found such fulfillment helping individuals on their path to wellness and is continually amazed by the transformations that can occur with patient care and treatment.
Her field of interest includes pain management, orthopedic acupuncture, stress management, cosmetic acupuncture, and facial rejuvenation. She has almost 1000 hours of internship clinical experience with more than 400 patients in PCHS and UCSD RIMAC clinic (performing sport acupuncture for UCSD athletes) and Rady Children's Hospital. Dr. Maneesh Bawa is one of the premier spine specialists in Southern California.
Dr. Bawa is Board Certified in orthopaedic surgery and is fellowship-trained in orthopaedic reconstructive spine surgery.
He went to Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine where he became a doctor in medicine and then proceeded to complete his orthopedic residency at the University of San Diego (UCSD). He then successfully completed his reconstructive spine surgery fellowship training at Emory University and was an Assistant Professor at Emory University in addition to being the Chief of Spine and Trauma Surgery.
He has an extensive educational background and the most up-to-date medical training in management of spine problems. Dr. Mohammed Ahmed is a prominent Neuropsychiatrist in Southern California, and nationally recognized for interventional neuromodulation in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
Dr. Ahmed received his MD from Karnataka University in India. He went on to complete his residency training with a focus in Neuropsychiatry at Wake Forest University Baptist Health in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. Preeti Mehta is a board certified internal medicine physician and practices Hospital Medicine at Scripps Health. Dr. Mehta is a San Diego native. Dr. Sunil Rayan has been a practicing vascular surgeon in the San Diego area since 2004. He received his undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology at University of California, Berkeley in 1991. He then graduated medical school at Hahnemann/Drexel University in Philadelphia. From 1996-2002, he was fortunate to train in General Surgery at Harvard University's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston during which time he did a year of research at Harvard's Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery. He then matched at his top choice nationwide at Emory University in Atlanta for Vascular Surgery training.
He has been board certified in Vascular Surgery throughout his entire career and holds the Fellow of American College of Surgeons certification. He returned to his native Southern California in 2004 where he was recruited by Scripps. He has remained at Scripps his entire career, getting involved in both Scripps La Jolla and Encinitas in medical staff and leadership. He is currently Chief of Staff at Scripps Encinitas having served roles in Quality, Operating Room, and Interventional Services as well as being the division chair in vascular and endovascular surgery.
