Ashleigh has been involved in the Body Corporate Management industry for approximately 10 years, starting out as an Administration Assistant before progressing to the Body Corporate Manager role she has undertaken for the past 6 years. She has extensive experience in management of a variety of schemes, from small to large, mixed use schemes, and everything in between. Ashleigh adopts a professional, friendly approach to assisting clients and takes pride in providing a high level of customer service. She is passionate about Body Corporate and supporting Committees and owners in managing their schemes to comply with the requirements of the Body Corporate and Community Management Act and associated legislation.

Dan has been in the Body Corporate Management industry as a Body Corporate Manager since 2013 and has extensive experience in providing services to large residential and mixed-use schemes. Dan works hard to provide the highest level of service and advice to clients. Prior to purchasing Alpha Strata he was employed at a large Body Corporate Management business on the Sunshine Coast. His prior working experience was in Helicopter maintenance where he completed an apprenticeship and qualifications in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Mechanical) and worked in the industry for six years.
Gerard has been in the Body Corporate Management industry as a Body Corporate Manager since 2003 and has extensive experience in providing services to large residential and mixed-use schemes. Gerard is valued and renowned by his clients for providing the highest level of service and advice. Prior to joining Alpha Strata he was an owner of a large Body Corporate Management business on the Sunshine Coast. His prior working experience was as an auditor with the Queensland Audit Office and an investment advisor with J B Were.

Yulia has been in the Body Corporate Management industry as an Administration Assistant since 2016 and has extensive experience in providing services to large residential and mixed-use schemes. Yulia works hard to provide the highest level of service and advice to clients. Yulia has been working at Alpha Strata since 2018 and prior to that she was employed at a large Body Corporate Management business on the Sunshine Coast. Her prior working experience was in the mining and hospitality industries in Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
