Brian Flornes served as the chief executive officer and co-founder of Vintage Senior Living, an owner and operator of senior housing communities specializing in independent senior living, assisted living and memory care services for Alzheimer's and other dementia patients with 24 communities in California and Washington. Founded in 1998, Vintage grew to become one of the largest assisted living providers in California and consistently ranked in the "Top 50" owners and operators of senior housing across the nation, according to the Assisted Living Federation of America. The Vintage portfolio of communities encompassed in excess of 3,200 resident units with more than 2,000 associates before the sale of the majority of its assets in 2016 to two of the country's largest publicly traded healthcare REITs for $1.3 billion.
From 1995 to 1998, Flornes served as founder and principal of American Housing Concepts, a real estate development firm directly associated with ARV Assisted Living, one of the largest senior living providers in the early 1990s. Prior to American Housing Concepts, Flornes served in several roles and ultimately as president of development, from 1992 to 1995, of ARV Assisted Living.
Throughout his career, Flornes has directly contributed to the acquisition and development of more than 8,000 units of senior living in 11 states and has been responsible for $1.5 billion in financing. He has been a longstanding member of the American Senior Housing Association, currently serves on the board of the California Assisted Living Association, and is a member of the World Presidents' Organization.
Flornes received a bachelor's degree in communications as well as his M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.
Brian Peay serves as chief financial officer of American Healthcare REIT. He previously served in the same capacity with American Healthcare Investors, LLC, Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III and Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV. The merger of those REITs and the business and operations of American Healthcare Investors formed American Healthcare REIT in October 2021. He oversees all financial matters on behalf of the company, leading a team of approximately 70 experienced accounting professionals, all of whom have specialized experience in healthcare-related commercial real estate investment.
Peay previously served as the chief financial officer of Veritas Investments, Inc., a private real estate investment management company with more than $2 billion of assets under management. Prior to joining Veritas, Peay served in a series of management positions with Glenborough, LLC, a formerly New York Stock Exchange-listed REIT, ultimately as executive vice president and chief financial officer. During his 15-year career with Glenborough, Peay was a member of a four-person executive management committee responsible for the strategic direction of the company, including the raising of approximately $450 million in common stock offerings and another $300 million in a convertible preferred stock issuance, as well as $2.5 billion in new and replacement acquisition financing. He also played an integral role in the sale of the formerly publicly traded real estate investment trust to Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund. The sale resulted in a compounded annual total return in excess of 16 percent, or more than 5,000 basis points higher than the corresponding REIT index during the same 11-year period during which Glenborough was a public company.Peay began his professional career in 1988 as a manager with accounting firm Kenneth Leventhal & Company, which merged with Ernst & Young in 1995.

Charlynn Diapo serves as senior vice president, accounting & finance for American Healthcare REIT, Inc., where she has comprehensive oversight of corporate accounting operations and consolidated financial reporting. Prior to joining American Healthcare Investors in 2013, she served as vice president and controller of the North American portfolio of DEXUS Property Group, a publicly traded Australian REIT. At DEXUS, she executed the internalization of the U.S. finance and accounting function for a $1.3 billion industrial real estate portfolio. Throughout her career, Diapo has served in various financial accounting roles within publicly traded companies, including Grubb & Ellis Company and City National Bank. She began her professional career in 2002 as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche, focusing on clients within the financial services industry.

Dianne Hurley serves as the chief administrative officer of A&E Real Estate, an owner/operator of multifamily properties in the New York City Metropolitan area, where she has worked on the firm's business and administrative management since 2017. For the past seven years, she has also served as an operational consultant to startup asset management firms including Stonecourt Capital, a middle-market growth private equity firm, and Imperial Companies, a real estate private investment firm.
Hurley previously served as managing director of SG Partners, a boutique executive search firm, where her responsibilities included business development, private equity, hedge fund, real estate, and investor relations recruiting efforts.
Prior to SG Partners, she served as the chief operating officer, global distribution, at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where she was responsible for overall management of the sales business, strategic initiatives, financial and client reporting and regulatory and compliance oversight.
Hurley also served as the founding chief administrative officer of TPG-Axon Capital, where she was responsible for investor relations and fundraising, human capital management, compliance policy implementation, joint venture real estate investments and corporate real estate.
Earlier in her career, she worked in real estate and corporate finance at Edison Schools, Inc. and in the real estate department at Goldman Sachs.
Over the past decade, Hurley has served on a number of corporate boards. Prior to the creation of American Healthcare REIT in October 2021 through the merger of Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III and Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV, she served as audit committee chairperson of Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV from inception through the merger. She maintains this role post-merger.
Hurley also currently serves on the board of AG Mortgage Investment Trust (NYSE: MITT). Previously, she served as an independent director and audit committee chair of CC Real Estate Income Fund from March 2016 to August 2020. From 2016 through its sale in 2019, she served as an independent director and nominating and corporate governance committee member of NorthStar Realty Europe, as well as an independent director and audit committee member of NorthStar/RXR New York Metro Income from 2015 through 2018. Hurley holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
Gabe Willhite is the chief operating officer for American Healthcare REIT, Inc. He previously served as executive vice president, general counsel with American Healthcare REIT, Inc., and American Healthcare Investors, LLC, and acted as assistant general counsel - transactions for Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III and Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV. The merger of those REITs and the business and operations of American Healthcare Investors formed American Healthcare REIT in October 2021.
He previously served as American Healthcare Investors' senior vice president, assistant general counsel - transactions upon joining the firm in April 2016. Prior to joining American Healthcare Investors, from November 2012 until April 2016, Willhite served as legal counsel for Sabal Financial Group, L.P., a real estate and finance company based in Newport Beach, California which was a subsidiary of Oaktree Capital Management, where he was responsible for overseeing portfolio acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, dispositions and strategic workout transactions. Willhite has also served as an associate in the transactional practice group of Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Irvine, California.

Kenny Lin serves as executive vice president, deputy chief financial officer and chief accounting officer for American Healthcare REIT. He is responsible for all financial forecasting, accounting and tax matters on behalf of the company. Lin has 16 years of experience in both finance and accounting for real estate and real estate-related companies. Prior to joining American Healthcare Investors, he served as the chief accounting officer and then chief financial officer of the largest, privately-owned telecommunications infrastructure company in the U.S., where he oversaw the accounting, taxation, financial reporting and human resources functions of the company. He has also participated in the successful completion of many business merger transactions or acquisitions and played a key role in managing several initial public filings (SEC Forms S-1 and S-11) and business merger filings (SEC Form S-4), including the merger between NNN Realty Advisors, Inc. and Grubb & Ellis Company in 2008. Throughout his career, Lin has served in various financial accounting roles within publicly traded companies, including Johnson & Johnson, BNY Mellon Bank, and STAAR Surgical Company.

Mark Foster serves as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of American Healthcare REIT. He has more than 23 years of experience as a corporate and transactional attorney representing both public and private real estate companies in various phases of development and growth.
Prior to joining American Healthcare REIT, Foster was a partner at the law firm of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. where he focused on complex real estate and corporate transactions related to the acquisition, financing, leasing, operation and disposition of commercial real property assets. He also previously served as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary to Sabal Financial Group, L.P., which was a subsidiary of Oaktree Capital Management, where he was responsible for all legal matters related to the company's management of over $6 billion in real estate and debt assets. Prior to Sabal, Foster served as regional general counsel with Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE: TOL) before holding a senior counsel position with Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. He began his legal career in real estate at the law firm of Allen Matkins LLP.

Marvin O'Quinn has served as the president and chief operating officer of Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health since 2019, where he spearheaded the growth and policy development of a health system that resulted from the merger of Dignity Health and Catholic Health Initiatives that included 140 hospitals, approximately 150,000 employees and $30 billion in annual revenue. Prior to the merger, from January 2009 to February 2019, O'Quinn served as the senior executive vice president and chief operating officer of Dignity Health, a not-for-profit corporation that operated hospitals and ancillary care facilities in California, Arizona and Nevada.
O'Quinn previously served as president and chief executive officer of Jackson Health System in Miami, Florida from 2003 to 2009. Prior to his tenure with Jackson Health, he served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of New Jersey-based Atlantic Health System from 2000 to 2003. O'Quinn also held executive positions with New York Presbyterian Health System as well as Providence Medical Center and Providence Milwaukie Hospital in Portland, Oregon.
Throughout his career, O'Quinn held key positions within other hospitals and medical centers throughout the Northwest, including Legacy Emanuel Hospital & Health Center, Willamette Falls Hospital, Valley Children's Hospital and Harborview Medical Center.
O'Quinn also currently serves as chairman of the board of directors for Dignity Health Global Education, and holds board appointments with First Initiatives Insurance, Ltd., a captive insurance company that serves CommonSpirit Health, and Premier, Inc. (NASDAQ: PINC), a publicly traded healthcare improvement company that completed its initial public offering in 2013.

Ray Oborn serves as executive vice president, asset management for American Healthcare REIT. He is responsible for the management of the company's extensive portfolio of senior housing, skilled nursing and hospital assets throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. With more than 25 years of senior level experience in the healthcare space, Oborn has extensive experience in the administration and development of facilities that provide independent living, assisted living, Alzheimer's/memory care and skilled nursing for seniors.
Oborn previously served as president of Cherrywood Pointe Investment, LLC and executive vice president of United Properties, a real estate investment and development company based in Minneapolis, MN. As president of Cherrywood Pointe, he was directly responsible for managing the firm's senior housing portfolio and strategic growth initiatives.
Oborn served as senior regional vice president of operations for Brookdale Senior Living from 2014 to 2017. In this capacity, he was responsible for the operations of more than 50 communities in six states across the Mountain West region. He also previously served in executive capacities with New Perspective, Silverado and Sunrise Senior Living, where he was the senior vice president of operations for the western division and oversaw in excess of 70 communities in the Western US and Canada. He began his career with ManorCare Health Services in 1995 as a licensed nursing home administrator.

Scott A. Estes served as chief financial officer of Welltower Inc., an S&P 500 constituent real estate investment trust focused on healthcare infrastructure. His 14-year tenure with the company began in 2003 as vice president of finance. Estes was significantly involved in the management of capital allocation in support of Welltower's rapid growth, with direct oversight of capital markets transactions which raised more than $14 billion of equity capital and $10 billion of unsecured debt capital.
Prior to joining Welltower, Estes served as a senior equity research analyst and vice president with Deutsche Bank Securities, a leading financial services firm, with primary coverage of the healthcare REIT and healthcare services industry sub-sectors. Since July 2017, Estes has served as a member of the board of trustees and audit committee chairman of JBG SMITH Properties, an NYSE-listed REIT that owns, operates, invests in and develops a dynamic portfolio of mixed-use properties in the high growth and high barrier-to-entry submarkets in and around Washington. D.C. Additionally, since June 2018, he has served as an independent director and audit committee chairman of Essential Properties Realty Trust, an NYSE-listed REIT that acquires, owns and manages a portfolio primarily comprised of single-tenant properties that are net leased on a long-term basis to companies operating service-oriented or experience-based businesses.
Estes served as a vice president in Bank of America Securities' equity research department, covering the healthcare REIT and seniors housing sectors, as well as an associate analyst and assistant vice president in Morgan Stanley's equity research department.

Stefan Oh - Chief Investment Officer
Stefan Oh serves as chief investment officer for American Healthcare REIT. He previously served as executive vice president, investments with American Healthcare REIT, and in the same capacity with American Healthcare Investors, LLC, as well as senior vice president, acquisitions of Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III and executive vice president, acquisitions of Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV. Oh's 25-year career in commercial real estate began as an auditor within Ernst & Young LLP's EYKL Real Estate Group in Los Angeles, California in 1993. In 1999, he joined HCP, Inc. (NYSE: HCP), one of the largest publicly traded healthcare REITs in the nation, where he served as director of asset management and later as director of acquisitions. Oh joined Grubb & Ellis Company's investment management division in 2007 as vice president of acquisitions, healthcare real estate, and helped launch Griffin-American Healthcare REIT II in 2009, serving as its senior vice president-acquisitions until its $4.0 billion merger with NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE: NRF), now known as DigitalBridge (NYSE: DBRG), in December 2014.
Oh has participated in the acquisition of more than $13.5 billion of healthcare real estate during his career. He received a bachelor's degree from Pepperdine University and is a certified public accountant.

Valerie Richardson has served as the chief operating officer of the International Council of Shopping Centers, commonly known as "ICSC," since February 2021. ICSC is a professional trade organization that serves the retail marketplaces industry. Since 2004, Richardson has been a member of the board of trustees of ICSC and was elected as ICSC vice-chairperson for the 2017 to 2018 term and as chairperson for the 2018 to 2019 term. She also served on the board of the ICSC Foundation from 2011 to 2019, and as a trustee at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Plano from 2010 to 2016.
She previously served as the vice president of real estate for The Container Store, Inc., where she led its real estate team for more than 20 years, from September 2000 until February 2021. Prior to her tenure with The Container Store, Richardson served as senior vice president of real estate and development for Ann Taylor, Inc., where she administered the company's store expansion strategy for Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft, and as vice president of real estate and development with Barnes & Noble, Inc., the nation's largest retail bookseller.
Richardson began her real estate career at Trammell Crow Company, a Dallas-based real estate developer, where she became a partner in its Shopping Center Division. Additionally, since 2018, she has served as a member of the board of directors for Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM), North America's largest publicly traded owner and operator of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping and mixed-use centers, where she also serves as a member of its audit, executive compensation and nominating and corporate governance committees.
