Amicus Chambers is an exclusively family set of barristers chambers. We are based in Middlesbrough on the North Eastern Circuit... We established ourselves in the year 2000 specifically for this purpose. The vision then, (which remains now), was a Chambers to provide a first class, cost effective family law service which is the first choice for Solicitors and their clients, and that can respond quickly to the fast changing legal environment. We are the only set specialising in family law on the North Eastern Circuit... We aim to provide the highest standard of advocacy and pride ourselves on our integrity. We work closely with Solicitors with whom we have worked for many years. We consider that professionalism is important but that it must be allied with an accessible and professional approach.
