Don Whitesel took over as President and COO of Anderson International at the beginning of 2022. Don brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience in the steel industry and over 20 years of high level leadership experience. He also has a bachelor's degree from Baldwin Wallace and a masters in business from The Ohio State University. Don believes having the right people in right seats and a strong culture are key to building a successful business.

Eric McCarty joined the team in 2010 as an Industrial Engineer. His understanding of both mechanical design as well as manufacturing processes has streamlined the process and improved manufacturing efficiencies. Eric has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Akron.

Eric Stibora joined Anderson in 2008. He began his career as a Process Engineer; commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing hundreds of processing systems worldwide. This position prepared him for a career in technical sales where the client's needs come first. Eric now oversees all sales and marketing efforts. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Frank Zajac joined Anderson in October 2022. He has a B.A. in Accounting from Cleveland State University and passed the Ohio CPA exam in 2006. Frank has over 20 years of Accounting and Finance experience with a focus in manufacturing and e-commerce.

Kristie Winfield joined the Anderson team in 2022 as Director, Human Resources. She is responsible for the strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resource function. Kristie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursuline College and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP).

Samuel Stone joined the Anderson team in 2015 and brings over 26 years of experience in all aspects of rubber production and finishing lines.
