Bryan Hill is the CEO of Division 5, the structural steel fabricator he co-founded with CFO Rhonda Wylie in 2001. Division 5 is one of the largest steel fabricators in the country focused primarily on the distribution center construction market. Martine, a human rights lawyer by profession with a specialization in Human rights and Humanitarian law, has an extensive background in working with humanitarian causes. She comes most recently from a position as the Ambassador to the UNSC Bid, within the Government of Malta. Prior to that, she was appointed as the Commissioner for Refugees where she headed the agency responsible for determining the protection claims raised by asylum seekers in Malta, as well as provided policy direction to Government on asylum law and policies, when needed. In 2014, Martine headed the International Organization of Migration Country Office in her home country Malta where she was responsible for overseeing and implementing a number of projects in the fields of integration, counter-trafficking, return and resettlement to the US. Given her background, Martine will channel her expertise into widening the scope of CSR within the AV group to also extend to the fields of integration of third country nationals. Her immediate focus will be to launch a pilot project with newly arrived Swedes to accelerate their integration into the Swedish job market through skills training. Martine will be based out of our Stockholm office but will work globally across the AV Group.

Moses Isik - CEO, Chairman

Moses Isik is the Chairman of Söderfors Steel and CEO of Bake My Day and its subsidiaries. Moses started his career as a Management Consultant back in 2008 at about the same time as the Lehman Crash event. He spent his first year traveling to Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa working on the major cost efficiency program of a global Telecommunications OEM. He then became a consultant to the board of a newly acquired manufacturing company, Robust AB, which constituted three businesses. In April 2010 he became the CEO for one of the businesses and in 2011 for the whole Robust Group. Moses became a hands-on lean expert and led a very swift and successful turnaround of the Group followed by an even more successful exit. The proceeds from the turnaround became the basis for future investments and the same Group today is renamed Applied Industries Holding (former Robust AB) and it owns majority and minority stakes in several of the companies within Applied Value Group. Moses has continued to serve as a turnaround expert and hands-on manages through the entire life cycle from Acquisitions - Operational improvement - Exit with Söderfors Steel and Bake My Day as the latest examples. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and a Bachelor of Science with a major in Business Administration from Stockholm University.

She has also started her own entrepreneurial venture StilSOS which was funded by Galata Business Angels (GBA) and awarded "The Most Promising Deal" by EBAN (European Business Angels Network). Reyhan is a Fellow of the Forte Foundation for Female Business Leaders, and an ambassador to Columbia Business School where she received her MBA. With more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, Rob has been Applied Value's Chief Financial Officer since 2005. Rob has led the firm through over 15 years of transformative growth in the consultancy as well as the investments and social impact practices. Beyond his role as CFO, Rob also works pro bono as Treasurer of Friends of Hand in Hand International as well as Director & Treasurer of The Wenham House. When he's not at his home outside of Boston, Rob enjoys researching his Italian ancestry and spending time at his Maine log cabin with his wife Julie and their four children. Previously, Ryan served as a Partner and the Managing Director of US Business at Applied Value. Throughout his tenure at the firm, Ryan has lead multi-national engagements for clients in a variety of industries ranging from automotive, oil & gas, and industrials to consumer electronics, white goods, and food & beverage. He has worked across nearly all of the firm's service areas in multiple industries and has built over a decade of deep expertise in sourcing, supply chain, operations, innovation efficiency and effectiveness, turnaround management, and general business strategy. Since the beginning of his time at Applied Value, Ryan has built a track record of results. His work includes co-heading a large turnaround team to shed 40% OPEX for a major mobile handset manufacturer in under one year, optimizing the raw material value chain of an industrial company resulting in over 10% cost reduction, and implementing a portfolio profitability strategy resulting in 40% increase in IRR for a heavy manufacturing company. Today, Ryan draws on his years of expertise to guide Applied Value's consulting practice while acting as a trusted advisor to executives on implementing practical solutions to complex business issues and navigating evolving organizational dynamics. Beyond the consulting practice, Ryan sits on the board of Division 5, one of Applied Value's control investments, and was previously a board member at Nordic Iron Ore, a former investment of Applied Value.
