Ashlee Jensen

Ashlee started working in the field of developmental disabilities in 2002. Her primary role for over 17 years was overseeing Home and Community Based Services for members in Maricopa County. She has been with Arion Care since 2004. Ashlee is an I/O and SHRM professional who specializes in program development and implementation. Ashlee earned her Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University in 2022. She enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending time outdoors. Ashlee is a board member for Jobs for Arizona Graduates (JAG) and Autism Life and Living (ALL). She also serves on several advisory councils and boards for various educational institutions.

Brian Deak - CFO

Brian Deak is the Chief Financial Officer for Arion Care Solutions. Brian previously served as a Director and Shareholder in the audit department of a national accounting firm. He worked with both public and private companies in a wide array of industries and has experience with the reporting requirements under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the compliance requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He also has experience with the Department of Labor regulations under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). Prior to becoming an accountant, Brian was a professional baseball player. He graduated from Arizona State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arizona. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of CPAs. Brian is married to Roseann. They have two sons, Christopher and Nicholas.

Brian Stith - COO

Brian is originally from Hampton, Virginia. Brian moved to Arizona after high school to attend ASU. At ASU, Brian was a student athlete on the wrestling team. As a wrestler, Brian was a two-time All-American and, eventually, Brian became the Assistant Wrestling Coach. Brian also met his wife, Jennika at ASU. After ASU, Brian attended GCU where he received his MBA. Brian joined Arion in 2016. Brian and Jennika now reside in Phoenix and are raising their daughter, Mila.

Brittney Hartman

Denise Bro

Denise retired in 2007 from American Express, after working there for 18 years. She was a project manager and oversaw large scale projects and was a Certified Six Sigma Black belt. Denise followed her dream of helping children with disabilities and began working as a Habilitation/Respite Provider in 2007, with a focus on Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Denise loves to help others and see what progress each individual is truly capable of. Denise enjoys spending time with her husband of twenty five years and has two daughters and one grandbaby. She also loves to camp, ride quads, scrapbook, bake cakes and watch her youngest daughter play volleyball. Denise now manages the Long-Term Care Division at Arion and truly enjoys helping families find trusted providers that can meet their individual needs.

Dr. Ashley Sanchez

Ashley Sanchez is an Arizona Licensed (LBA) and nationally credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Additionally, Ashley is a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO). Ashley has a doctorate degree in Behavioral Health (DBH) which includes a specialization in integrated healthcare management. Ashley began working for Arion Care in 2015 as an early childhood habilitation provider. From 2015- 2020, Ashley worked within our behavioral services department in various roles including: behavior analyst, and clinical director. Currently, Ashley is the Director of Quality Assurance at ACS, utilizing Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) to support quality service provisions. Ashley is also our HIPAA Compliance Officer, Ethics Compliance Officer and oversees our internal EDI Committee. When Ashley is not working, her time is spent with her family (3 boys), traveling outside the country, and disseminating the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis. Ashley actively volunteers for Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis (AzABA) and the OBM Network.

Dr. Kayla Rosenberger

Kayla is a Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working in the field of human services and developmental disabilities since 2008 starting as a habilitation provider. She is currently Chief Clinical Director for Arion Care Solution's Behavioral Treatment Department for home, community, and clinic-based services. She holds two Bachelor's degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education: Cross Categorical as well as a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction: Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Doctorate in Behavioral Health Management. Prior to beginning her career with Arion Care Solutions, she worked as a classroom teacher for a local school district with intermediate grade levels in a self-contained autism classroom. She is a member of the AzABA ethics committee and leader of Expanding the Scope of Practice SIG for the Arizona State Association for Behavior Analysis. Other areas of interest include pediatric feeding, organizational behavior management, behavior skills training, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, integrated healthcare and compassionate care for all. She is passionate about providing compassionate care and training others to deliver evidence-based programs through a holistic approach to increase the quality of life for individuals of all ages.

Joni Jack

Joni Jack has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for almost 30 years in multiple capacities. After moving to Arizona from Minnesota in 1989, Joni started her career by doing direct care in a group home setting for 6 adult men. From there she became a group home manager, and a program coordinator for multiple group homes for a total of 8 years. After leaving the group home agency, she went on to work for a company providing HCBS services to the developmentally disabled as well as the managed care population. Positions held were HCBS program coordinator, program manager, Yavapai County Area Director and then finally East Valley Area Director. After leaving the provider sector in 2004, Joni landed a job with the Division of Developmental Disabilities where she worked as a Support Coordinator and then as a Support Coordinator Supervisor. In October 2009, Joni was blessed to be hired on as the North East Area Manager for Arion Care Solutions. Joni is in her happy place now, working for a great company, with a great mission statement ("To do the right thing… always"), serving a population of very special people and their families. When Joni is not working, she enjoys music, camping, car races, going on vacation and spending time with her family (Chris, Tyler, Brianna & Dylan) and friends.

Keith Graham - CHRO

Keith Graham comes with a wealth of experience as a Human Resources Professional and Consultant. Keith has served in Executive and Leadership roles for Government Municipalities, Tribal Governments, Non Profits and Private Business Entities. Keith attended the University Idaho on an Athletic Scholarship and ultimately Graduate From Trinity College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management and an MBA in Executive Management. Graham has been an Adjunct Faculty Member to the University of Arizona and Pima Colleges. Keith is a member of the NRPA, SHRM, NNAHRA, NFL Player Association and the International City/County Managers Association, and holds certifications in Mediation, Legal Ethics and Organizational Development. Keith Graham is an experienced International Subject Matter Expert Presenter, Conference Speaker, Life Coach and Staff developer.

Kellan Fluckiger

Kellan lives in Gilbert with his wife Regina and four kids. Originally from Idaho (the town that inspired the movie Napoleon Dynamite) Kellan attended ASU on a wrestling scholarship. While attending ASU he earned a degree in Biology, as well as All-American honors. Before joining Arion in 2006, Kellan was an elementary school teacher, teaching both Special Ed and PE. When not on the job Kellan enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, reading books, and playing sports.

Marianne Mulligan - COO

Marianne Mulligan has been working with, and learning from, people with disabilities for more than 30 years. She moved to Arizona in 1981 to join her family after graduating from Northeastern University in Boston, as the idea of warm weather was very inviting. Marianne's background includes working in Group Homes, Day Programs, Training and Human Resources, supervising Group Homes, and a few short stints as Director of all of the above. After working at the same not-for-profit agency for 22 years, and wearing all the different hats needed in that type of environment, she chose a new path. She says of her position with Arion: "Find a job you love, and never work another day in your life." (Confucius)

Marnie Reiher

Marnie Reiher has been a Manager with Arion Care Solutions since September 2008. She primarily works in the central area of Phoenix. Her background stems from a friend telling her close to 30 years ago, "I think I have the perfect job for you!" Boy, did she ever! Marnie began working in a group home in Minnesota in 1989. She had found her passion working with people with developmental and physical challenges. Marnie's experience ranges from that first position in a group home in Minnesota to working in a day program when she moved to Arizona nearly 26 years ago, providing direct care in people's homes, working for the Division of Developmental Disabilities as a Support Coordinator, a Support Coordination Supervisor, and then having the distinction of being made the Individually Designed Living Arrangement Specialist for DDD. She takes great pride in advocating for people of all ages, yet she knew immediately she had found her passion within the IDLA's. Marnie finally found her home with Arion 10 years ago. She continues to support people of all ages and abilities, and moreover she continues to be given the opportunity to "think outside the box" in all areas and services, with particular regard to Individually Designed Living situations. When she is not working, she can be heard all the way back in Minnesota cheering for the Vikings, she is a photography hobbyist, she enjoys sharing ideas and having great discussions, meeting people from all walks of life and laughing and talking with them, and she is an avid animal enthusiast. What is something that you will be hard pressed to see from her? "Shaking hands," she exclaims! She has never been a fan of a hand shake for as long as she can remember, according to her. "We all have our eccentricities," she says with a smile.

Melissa Larkin

Melissa is originally from Tucson but moved to the Valley to study at A.S.U. Before coming to us at Arion she worked as an Early Intervention Specialist for Spanish-Speaking families. Melissa has Bachelor of Science degrees in both Child Development and Nursing from A.S.U. and is now a licensed Registered Nurse. When she is not working, she is busy chasing around her five boys.

Paul Hestand

Paul Hestand was originally hired as a Provider and worked his way up thanks to his hard work and dedication. He teams up with his wife Lindsey to provide a positive experience for our members and staff. Originally from Utah, Paul moved to the valley in 1995 and began working with persons with Developmental Disabilities in 2001. In his spare time he enjoys playing various sports and spending time with his two children.

Rochelle Gutierrez

Rochelle is a native of Arizona born and raised in the Eloy/Casa Grande area. She is an only child and a single parent of 3 children: Aaron, Vincent and Desirea. Rochelle began working in the public assistance field in 1994. In 2003 she began working at the DDD. She has experience working with home and community-based services, group homes, day programs and independent living. She has a vast array of knowledge when it comes to resources outside of the DDD. Rochelle's passion to work with others comes from her own personal experience that she received as a parent; she felt like there were support services that she needed but wasn't getting. She was determined to get into the social service field and work with DDD families and individuals to help ensure they received the support and care that they deserved and needed. Rochelle finds it very rewarding to know that she has made a positive difference in someone's life! In her spare time, Rochelle enjoys spending time with my children. We love to travel (California is our favorite), go to movies, and shop (a mommy and daughter thing!).

Ron Martinez

Ron is a native of Arizona, born and raised in the Globe-Miami area. After high school Ron attended Northern Arizona University graduating with a degree in Sociology. For the next 18 years Ron worked in the law enforcement fields from correctional office to probation officer. Leaving that field to seek a different population to work with Ron was hired as a case manager with the Division of Developmental Disabilities. Ron eventually joined Arion Care Solutions, LLC in 2007 and has continued to focus on the rural areas where his personal experience and knowledge of the people and cultures has been beneficial. Arion Care Solutions founder, Ryne Reed, began working in the field of Developmental Disabilities in 1991. He started his career as a direct line staff member after graduating college with the drive, energy and sincere desire to make life better for people with disabilities. With that goal always in mind, he continued to gain experience and education in all aspects of service, including: Human Resources, Staff Training and Development, Group Home Management and Day Treatment and Training. It was in the area of Home and Community Based Services, however, that he found his true passion. In 2003, Ryne began Arion Care Solutions to realize his vision of quality care in a home environment that listens to and helps both the individuals needing care and their families. Since then, he has helped Arion Care Solutions become a leader in innovative and life-changing care for adults, children and the families who love them.

Shelly Alexander

Shelly has over 30 years of working with the developmentally disabled population. She moved to Arizona from Colorado to enjoy year-round outdoor activities (e.g., Scuba Diving, Skiing, and Camping.) She graduated from the Mountain States Technical Institute, Computer Programing. Her background includes working in Group Homes, Residential Program Manager, and Employment Services Manager. After working at the same not-for-profit agency for 30 years, and wearing all the different hats needed in that type of environment, she chose a new path. Sonia Dykhuizen

Sonia has over 30 years of experience working with both the geriatric and developmentally disabled populations. She attended Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois where she majored in Psychology, Sociology and Social Services. Sonia began working with Arion in 2006 and with Arion's mission statement in mind "we will go the extra mile (or three) to provide our clients and staff with the best possible partnership" she set to work on serving the families of the north valley. Sonia loves to read, visit the beach and spend time with her grandchildren.
