Audrey serves as Director, Artha Impact at Rianta Capital Zurich. She has managed Rianta Capital's impact investment portfolio since 2006. Audrey sits on the board of several of Rianta's portfolio companies in India and serves as a trustee and advisor for several non-profits and funds. She has launched and has led the growth of the Impact for Breakfast network, and has designed and run the Artha Platform launched in 2008. Audrey has a background in management consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her entrepreneurial experience includes several years spent in business development, marketing and sales at an NSF-funded software start-up. Audrey holds a PhD in Technology Policy & Development Studies from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and is a frequent speaker at impact finance events. Audrey is based in Geneva.
Dermot has over 10 years of experience in impact investing and grant making while leading Halloran Philanthropies Mid-Atlantic grant and Impact Investments program. Where he committed catalytic capital in the form of patient, flexible and risk-tolerant investments. The focus of the majority of these investments supported community development, climate solutions, social entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and social innovation. Through complementary grant-making, he supported developing networks, research, and other resources that support and strengthen the impact investing field globally. Dermot holds an MBA from the Haus School of Business at BS degree from Saint Joseph's University.
Ken Hynes - Managing Director

Ken has over 20 years of experience in international development solving for SME development and access to finance related challenges. Ken has led advisory projects for private and public sector clients in the Caribbean, Africa and Asia. Prior to co-founding Artha Ken was the Managing Director of OTF Group, a management consultancy focused on international competitiveness. He has authored a business case and teaching materials for the Harvard Business School's Executive MBA Program and was a contributing author to In the River They Swim: Enterprise Solutions to Poverty (2009). Ken is a frequent guest lecturer and public speaker on the topics of competitiveness, innovation and access to capital. Ken is based in Boston.

Steven R. Koltai is an Advisor to Artha Networks Inc. and is the Managing Director of Koltai & Co. LLC and a Guest Scholar at the Brookings Institution. Steven has over 30 years of business experience with several successful startups under his belt. He has also served as Senior Vice President for Strategy and Corporate Development at Warner Bros., as a strategic planning consultant at McKinsey & Co., and as an investment banker at Salomon Bros. Steven is an active angel investor and mentor to entrepreneurs around the world. He is the author of Peace through Entrepreneurship: Investing in a Startup Culture for Security and Development (Brookings Press, 2016) and writes and speaks frequently about entrepreneurship as a foreign policy tool. Steven is based in Maine.
