Adriana is an energetic and outspoken professional with Human Resources and Sales background. She delivers results and has strong negotiation skills. Prior to ASAP she worked as an Executive Assistant and Sales Strategist for Global Companies and prior she worked in Venezuela for an excellent banking institution in the Human Resources Department. Adriana was looking for a business development and Human Resources position, she was presented with the opportunity to join ASAP in June 2011 as a Senior Recruiter and Business Development Position.
Adriana describes ASAP as a connection, a network. We all connect with each other in every department and work towards the same goal. She believes the ideal office environment is a dynamic office space where motivation and energy are always present. Adriana is a fast- paced professional, she has been a Top Performer Recruiter and Business Developer since she Joined ASAP.
She is a Miami Heat Lover, and believes her mission is having excellent client relationships and making her candidates and clients happy.

Ana holds a degree in Mass Communication and a major in Marketing and advertising from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello, in Caracas, Venezuela. Prior to ASAP, she used to work, for a few years, in an advertising company called Manne Productions as the general manager of social media and production.
She was in charge of reviewing department projects, clients, teammates, and needs. Cori is very responsible, charismatic, perseverant, and friendly.
In her free time, she enjoys going to the cinema, spending time with friends, hiking mountains, and cooking.

Angie holds a degree in Business Administration, a Major in Management and a Diploma in Management and Globalization from Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas, Venezuela. She's entrepreneurial, proactive, a fighter and a visionary. She has worked many years in different enterprises developing her knowledge in Human Resources, payroll, paying taxes, labor legislation, accounting, marketing, and translations.
Prior to ASAP, she worked in Controlca, S.A which is a subsidiary of Inelectra, S.A.C.A for 3 years as an Administration and Human Resources Manager, She was in charge of the payroll, paying taxes, labor legislation, accounting, among others.
In her free time, Angie enjoys doing Jiujitsu, Kickboxing and cooking new recipes.

Aurimar holds a degree in Teaching of English as a Foreign Language from Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador-Instituto Pedagógico de Caracas (Venezuela) and a Teacher Trainee certification from the British Council. Prior to ASAP, she worked as an English/Spanish instructor to young learners at different institutes for 8 years.
She was responsible for conducting small and big groups, lesson planning, and assessment. Although she did not have experience in sales, she has been the Top Performer twice in 2020 and currently supports the Marketing department as the Marketing coordinator.
She is very optimistic, positive, and cheerful. In her free time, Auri enjoys learning from different cultures and languages, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.

As a Human Resources Professional with progressive experience managing talent acquisition strategies including internal and external employment branding (attraction and retention), employee benefits & compliance, employee hiring & onboarding, performance management processes, development, corporate policies and workplace culture. Dependable and organized with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. Skilled at building relationships with employees across all levels of the organization. Proficient with HRIS, applicant tracking and benefits management.
Publicist and Graphic Designer by academics, Carla has a cross functional career within Regional HR with vast experience in a multinational setting.
Carla is an introvert-extrovert, a cat lover, enjoys the beach, believes in doing more of what makes her happy and uses yoga as a tool to calibrate and balance her life. She also likes to build wood furniture and listens to hard core metal.

Daniela is a cheerful, creative, and hardworking person with a great sense of humor. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Modern Languages from Universidad de Margarita, Venezuela, she is fluent in English and Spanish and she studied at the Alliance Française achieving an Intermediate level of French.
Prior to ASAP, she has worked as an English teacher and as an Account Executive in a private jets aviation company, she was in charge of the entire sales cycle, taking new opportunities and turning them into a long-term partnership and suggesting innovative ideas to improve customer experience.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to some music, baking, and learning new languages. She enjoys facing new challenges every single day because that brings purpose to her life.

Eudy is a proactive Customer Assistant Manager with a sales background. He has worked as a sales executive, inside sales representative and relationship banking specialist.
Eudy holds a bachelor's degree in advertising from Universidad Alejandro de Humboldt (Venezuela) which made him a creative and problem solver professional. On 2021 he was promoted to Sales Coordinator to support our efforts in the sales team.
When he is not at ASAP he enjoys playing soccer, reading, and spending time with his family.

Fernando holds a Master in International Business and it's currently an MBA candidate from two U.S. accredited Universities. He is very enthusiastic and likes to bring positive energy every day.
Prior to ASAP, he worked as an Assistant Manager for the Fortune 500 company, Sherwin Williams. Before that he worked with three of the most prestigious companies in his native country Ecuador, like Movistar, Universidad San Francisco de Quito, and Swissotel Quito.
In his free time, Fernando likes to play the guitar, workout, and spend time with his friends. Additionally, he loves learning new techniques on how to unlock the real power of the mind.

Jessenia attended Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela, obtaining her Law degree, with a Specialization in Management and a Minor in International Law.
During her career, Jessenia has worked extensively in both the public sector and for private organizations; that broad-based professional experience, combined with her multidisciplinary educational background, has allowed her to develop strong conflict resolution, adaptability, and critical thinking skills, which gives her a clear understanding of the needs of both ASAP candidates and clients.

Joseph is a Sourcing Recruiter at ASAP where he matches the requirements of our clients with the right candidates in the market. Prior to ASAP, Joseph was a Human Talent Analyst at Lear Express Courier Services.
Throughout his career, Joseph has also been known as a member of other international companies and corporate solutions firms. Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education specializing in HR Development from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
He loves learning languages and considers himself as a respectful, collaborative and innovative person.

Luis A. Luciani serves as Owner and Managing Director of ASAP Miami.
Luis has more than nineteen years of experience in the search and recruiting industry, managing a distinctive portfolio of International clients and have placed more than 4,000 professionals.
Prior to starting ASAP Miami, he served as CFO of ASAP Venezuela. ASAP Venezuela being one of the largest executive staffing firms in Latin America.
During his years at ASAP Venezuela, he developed strategies to maintain a "boutique- like" service to clients and candidates and continue to give clients a competitive advantage by timely providing the right talent.
ASAP has built their portfolio of candidates carefully scrutinizing talent and delivering the fit that would add a long term value to the client. He has worked with major clients such as Pepsico, Millicom (tigo), Telefonica, Halliburton, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Heineken, Campbells Soups, Shell as well as with non-profit organizations such as Florida Breast Cancer Association.
Luis served as board member of the Venezuelan- American Chamber of Commerce (2009 through 2011), holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Financial Engineering, is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) by the American Staffing Association (ASA) and completed various courses and seminars on Entrepreneurial Management and Family Business from Babson College and the Kellogg School of Business. When he is not at ASAP he enjoys spending time with his 3 daughters, wife and BBQing.

María Alejandra holds two bachelor's degrees in Law and Liberal Arts from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela. She's a passionate writer and specialist recruiter with broad experience in recruiting the best professionals in the market for several industries.
She started her career as an intern in the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and worked in several companies where she pursued her path as a content writer and specialist recruiter.
She's a responsible, organized and emphatic worker. In her free time, she loves reading, exercising and exploring new makeup techniques.

Martha has 4 years of experience in the world of Sourcing and Recruitment path. One of her greatest achievements was been in charged and managed a Sourcing team.

Rafael holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Universidad Central de Venezuela, and a Master's Degree in Internacional Business from Universidad Metropolitana (Venezuela).
Priot to ASAP, he worked as a Purchasing Manager and a Foreign Trade Analyst. During his academic training and work, he has acquired experience and a strong bargaining power that has allowed him to get the most suitable time to close and/or arrange international trading conditions.
