I'm an award-winning, multilingual (Dutch, German and French) senior HR consultant and employment lawyer with a passion for great employee experience and culture... I have worked in senior leadership roles for some notable brands including Virgin Media O2, Warner Bros Discovery, British Airways, Arriva Group, BT, Mitie, Barclays and Menzies Aviation during my corporate career as an HR director and solicitor. My time spent in legal practice has given me an excellent grounding in the legal issues that underpin HR matters in the workplace. This complements my HR career, where I've gained significant experience of running a business, making and executing business strategies, and implementing initiatives that drive employee engagement and cultural change.
