Seth is the President and owner of Southeastern Mortgage Solutions since inception in March of 2002. Seth has been in the mortgage industry since 1999 and enjoys working with first time home buyers as well as more experienced borrowers. Seth analyzes all scenarios thoroughly and often his recommendations mirror those of a financial planner. A native of Augusta, Georgia and a graduate of the University of Georgia, Seth now lives in Sandy Springs with his wife Natalie, daughter Zoe and son Jack. In his free time Seth enjoys playing golf, traveling and cheering on the Dawgs.

Sheri Levin has a reputation for going the extra mile to solve any problem so that her borrowers and real estate agents can experience a smooth transaction and on-time loan closing. After graduating from UGA, Sheri took up residence in Atlanta where she first worked in financial services, before parlaying that experience into mortgage originations in 2012. Since becoming a loan officer, Sheri has focused on hard work, creative thinking, and determination to exceed her clients' expectations. Sheri is driven by her desire to provide top quality customer service to every borrower, every day. Sheri is knowledgeable on a wide variety of mortgage programs, especially conventional mortgages, FHA home loans, home improvement loans, investment property loans, and VA loans for veterans and active military personnel.
