Blaine Annett founded A Street Partners in 2017 with his brother Colby Annett and both are responsible for the overall performance of the company. Prior to starting A Street Partners, in 2009 Blaine and his brother pioneered and started the West Coast office for Stream Realty Partners. Blaine has been hired by customers such as RREEF, Invesco, Gemdale U.S.A., Guggenheim, KBS Realty Advisors, HighBrook Investment Management, Mark IV Capital, Interventure Advisors, Dolphin Partners, Crow Holdings, Hillwood, and Clarion. Blaine lives in Turtle Rock in Irvine with his wife Jennie, Harper, and Smith.

Cindy Montoya, Assistant Property Manager, joined A Street Partners in 2019. She previously worked with Target Corporation as a Human Resources Manager. She has 7 years of managerial experience where she assisted with company operations at her store and handled both customer and employee relations. Cindy will be assisting the A Street Partners management team in delivering exceptional service to our tenants and clients.
Colby Annett founded A Street Partners in 2017 with his brother, Blaine Annett. Colby's primary responsibilities include overseeing the growth of the leasing and property management for the company as well as recruiting talent. Colby was instrumental in helping to win new assignments with such clients as: KBS Realty Advisors, RREEF, Guggenheim, Interventure Advisors, Invesco Real Estate, HighBrook Investment Management, Knobbe Martens Greenlaw Partners, Dolphin Partners, True North Management Group and Mark IV Capital.
Cory joined A Street Partners in October 2022 and focuses on supporting the brokerage team and preparing market analyses.

Diana Perez , Property Administrator, joined A Street Partners in 2023. Prior to joining the A Street team, she worked at Los Angeles County Public Works for 3 years where she assisted engineers, managers, and directors. She is a 2023 graduate with a bachelor's in business administration, concentration in Finance. Diana was involved on campus by holding a board position in Finance Association as Director of Operations, was a member of the Real Estate Association, and played with the CSUF Club Softball team.
Jaime L. Cook, Property Manager, joined A Street Partners in February of 2023 and is one of the newest members to the A Street team, but not to the Commercial Real Estate industry. She has been working in the industry for (5) years now and loves every moment of it. She started working as a Property Administrator for Lincoln Property Company in 2018. She shortly moved onto her role as an Assistant Property Manager where she managed a portfolio of (3) multi-tenant class A buildings. At A Street she currently manages anywhere from a multi-tenant building, a retail center to an industrial distribution center which all consists of over 1.5M square feet.
In her free time, she enjoys spending it with her (2) boys who are growing into young fine adult men. She comes from a large family that consists of (3) brothers, a twin sister (5) nieces (5) nephews and (1) great-nephew. She spends her weekends going to the beach, the pool, bike rides on beach trails and loves experiencing new things.

Jimmy Carrera, Senior Property Manager, joined A Street Partners in 2020. He has 4 years of experience in commercial real estate primarily focused on low- and mid-rise office product. Jimmy is responsible for financial analytics for clients, as well as day to day operation of properties to ensure assets are maintained above expectation for tenants and clients. Prior to joining A Street, Jimmy worked for Madison Marquette/PMRG.

Kurtis Schureman is a designer, illustrator and native Californian. He enjoys mountain biking, skating and making music. Kurtis is a graduate of ArtCenter College of Design, and has design experience across a range of industries including: action sports, nutrition, higher education, entertainment and advertising. Past clients include: Disney, Starbucks, Mountain Hardwear, Hewlett Packard and Vans. Kurtis is a faculty member at ArtCenter College of Design and is the founder of the brand, Marrow®. He lives in Long Beach, California with his wife Dannielle and his cat Banjo.

Mark joined A Street in 2018 and has been in the real estate accounting industry for over 25 years. Mark has worked with both large and small property management companies and investment firms in Southern California and the Phoenix area including Opus, RREEF/Deutsche Bank and Sares-Regis. In 2000 Mark set up a regional accounting office in Phoenix for RREEF and in 2002 relocated to Orange County to help oversee a larger regional RREEF office of about 80 accounting professionals which handled over 30 million square feet of commercial real estate in California and Arizona. Mark and his family live in Irvine, CA where he enjoys golfing, hiking and attending his son's team sporting events.
Matt Lawer Joined A-Street Partners in September 2021. Matt Plays a key role in expanding A-Street's Tenant Representation advisory, investment sales, and lease consulting business throughout Orange County. To achieve clients' goals, Mr. Lawer implements a client-centered approach to develop, plan, and execute real estate solutions. He is dedicated to building long lasting relationships founded upon trust and respect. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Finance from Texas Christian University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California.
Morgan Lieber, joined A Street Partners in 2019 and focuses on the leasing of premiere office product in Southern California.

Prior to joining the A Street Team, Morgan worked in brokerage at PRES Companies, Operations and Marketing at JLL Real Estate Services. With this background, she takes a methodical yet creative approach to building relationships with her clients and servicing A Street's portfolio. Some of her clients include The State of Colorado, Lockheed Martin, Children's Home Society of California and Gallagher Bassett, among others.
Morgan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with specialization in Integrated Marketing Communications from San Diego State University where she achieved membership on the Dean's List, Sigma Alpha Lambda Honors Organization & Rho Lambda Panhellenic Leadership & Honor Society.

Quan Nguyen, Staff Accountant, joined A Street Partners in 2020. Having graduated from California State Long Beach, Quan was able to rack up four years of residential property management accounting experience while studying for his Bachelors of Accounting.
He's excited to step into the commercial field to bring his experience and work ethic to the company. When he's not busy crunching numbers, he enjoys playing tennis, snowboarding, and traveling to find the best ramen spots.
Ram Mann joined A Street Partners in 2021 after starting his real estate career under the guidance of a top Orange County industrial broker. Ram's primary responsibilities are facilitating the growth of the tenant representation division. He owned a food truck in Los Angeles for 5 years and was instrumental in leading and advocating for L.A.'s food trucks. He brings the same passion and unrivaled dedication to serving his clients with their relocations and lease negotiations. Ram delivers a high level of efficiency and enthusiasm to ensure the greatest experience possible for his clients.
He loves cooking, spending time outdoors, and lives in Dana Point with his wife, Christy and son, Moxi.
