Before ATC, our volunteer and staff travel process was messy, confusing and time consuming. Our prior travel management partner lacked customer service for our association and for our members. From the first conversation with ATC I knew our experience was going to be much better. The customer service is outstanding and ATC has worked with us, like a true partner, to make our travel process seamless while still upholding our association's travel policies. We are so grateful for our ATC staff partners and for the level of customer service they continue to show our association and our members... ATC tackled the problem with the goal of full automation. By building a database that worked in tangent with the ATC GDS system, our client could have their travelers book paid travel online and still have the credit card and accounting code requirements met...
