Juanjo Sotomayor - Chief Commercial Officer

Juanjo Sotomayor is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of AWWG. Since he was appointed to this role in 2019, he has been responsible for developing the group's commercial strategy and achieving its brands' sales performance goals. As a result-oriented commercial leader, he plays an important function in providing business, strategic and commercial knowledge to the Group. He holds more than 25 years of experience in the fashion industry. Before assuming his current position, he assumed several other roles within the Group, such as Managing Director for Tommy Hilfiger in Spain & Portugal and Managing Director PVH Iberia for Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein & Izod. Prior to his experiences within the Group, he worked for Giorgio Armani and Polo Ralph Lauren. Juanjo earned a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Alcalá.

Mark Blenkinsop - CMO

Mark Blenkinsop is Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and is responsible for implementing and developing AWWG´s Brand & Product strategy, improving consumer engagement and driving brand relevance to connect with current and future consumers. Mark has a strong background in Marketing and Creative consultancy. Prior to joining the Group in 2014, he held several executive positions in advertising and communication agencies such as Exposure, where he worked as Executive Creative Director. Mark got his first taste of the retail and apparel industry as the European Director of Presence and Publicity at Levi Strauss & Co. He holds a degree in Graphic Design from Somerset College of Art and Technology

Mónica Canto - CHRO

Mónica Canto is AWWG's Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She was appointed for this role in 2020 and is in charge of developing and implementing best-in-class people strategies to support AWWG's transformation process. Mónica has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources in Mexico, Latin America, the United States and Europe. Before joining AWWG, Mónica was Vice President for Employer Branding and Associate Experience and Inclusion and Diversity at PVH Corp. During her career she has led people initiatives, promoted the effectiveness of people and contributed to the transformation and integration of different organisational cultures. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana and coursed a master in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
