Ashley joined the AZURE Group in 2020 as a Business Development Manager and comes from a background in Retail and Construction Management. Over the past 14 years, Ashley has strived to build highly motivated customer-centric management teams that focus on delivering results in an efficient manner. As a Project Manager, Ashley has a proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar projects from conception to fruition through coordinating trades, building partnerships, and working collaboratively with consultants and local officials to ensure the timely and budget-friendly completion of projects. As a Business Development Manager, Ashley works closely with the financial goals of our Investors.

- Director Finance & Analytics
Gagan worked for over 20 years within the accounting, finance, and analytics sector. She has earned her CPA, CGA, and CFP designations and a degree in Accounting. Along with working with Azure Properties Group, she is a professor of Finance. Having studied the BC Building code and various other real estate-related courses she complements our team by being the lead in finance and analytics. Gagan also focuses on creating long-standing relationships with each community Azure works with. Focusing on the needs of the community she delivers a variety of programming and volunteer initiatives; including, financial literacy for at-risk women and children.

JD brings over 20 years of managing client experience and sales. With passion for delivering an honest and transparent approach to business relationships, has given JD the opportunity to develop many long-lasting partnerships and friendships.
JD brings this approach to Azure as a shared philosophy and builds relationships with investors whose values align closely with Azure Properties Group. Resulting in valuable collaborations between the investor, communities, and Azure.

- Design & Marketing Manager
Ever since a young age, Jemima has been surrounded by the world of architecture fueling her passion for the profession. After completing her studies in Design & Business Management, she started working as a designer. Jemima found herself building a strong relationship between the design and marketing teams, leading to the migration of her role & becoming the link between the teams.
Following her success in this role, she joined Azure Properties Group to continue doing what she loves. In 2022, Jemima set out to continue building her own design business but has remained a core member of the team on a freelance basis. Jemima has a strong eye for design & the ability to spot opportunities that others may not explore.
Building on the family legacy, Navi has immersed himself in construction and land development since the 1990s. He spent much of his childhood evenings and weekends helping and working with his father in all facets of design and construction. He continued his passion for his industry by completing his Bachelor's in Construction Management in the evenings and weekends while working days. He formalized his training with an emphasis on design and development by earning a Master of Architecture and a Master of Urban Planning. Navi's creativity and knowledge of all things real estate-related, make him one of the most innovative and accomplished experts in the industry.
