Currently, she is involved primarily as an ADR service provider, a neutral, and a trainer. Earlene has conducted mediations and arbitrations in numerous venues around the country... Earlene's educational training in ADR includes the Strauss Institute for Conflict Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law, the International Academy of Mediators, American Arbitration Association, Financial Industry RegulatoryAgency, Supreme Court Administrative Office, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Association, various Community Dispute Resolution Centers and Cooley Law School.
