AXIUS - Key Persons

Chuck Mellott - CEO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Executive Officer
"Our customer-centric but remote technology solution combined with in-house program management capabilities allow us to go beyond simple variable cost staffing support, and instead, provide a turn-key deliverable to an OEM or sub-tier supplier. In a post-COVID-19, work-from-home environment, the application of our model into other professions and industries presents almost unlimited potential for expansion and growth." Chief Executive Officer Chuck Mellott is an aerospace industry veteran with a career that spans more than 30 years and includes numerous leadership roles. He began his career at Lockheed Martin, where he served as a machined parts buyer for the F-16, A-12 and F-22 programs. He ultimately led the procurement team, supporting the Falcon UP program, which was the first United States Air Force (USAF) major modification program ever completely outsourced. Chuck joined UFC Aerospace in 1995, and his expertise in value-added logistics and supply chain management was instrumental in the company's growth from $4 million in revenue to more than $165 million, which culminated in its sale to B/E Aerospace in 2012. After a brief tenure with the sales leadership team at B/E, Chuck embarked on a successful consulting career with a focus on major logistics and value-added services proposal support as well as company valuations and other mergers and acquisitions related activities. He joined Axius Group in April 2020.
