On Shrove Tuesday, the New Orleans Society of Dance Baby Doll Ladies achieves the culminating goal of celebrating everyday women of excellence across neighborhoods by highlighting them in the Baby Doll Ladies Mardi Gras Dance-Parade, the only one of its kind in the Crescent City.
