Balanced Choice was founded by Adam Drake in 2014 in the Northern Territory to improve outcomes for young people in the justice system. The program is now delivered throughout Australia by a team of passionate and positive individuals... At Balanced Choice, we believe it is essential to maintain balance in the body, mind, and spirit. We promote living in a way that nurtures each of these elements and encourages individuals to make positive choices, connect to their values, and commit to their future... Our passionate team delivers workshops that focus on holistic wellbeing.
