Amy E. DeMain - VP

Amy DeMain, Vice President - Retail Banking joined Bank First in June of 2022 with over 21 years of retail banking experience. Amy takes great pride in providing exceptional service to her clients. She understands the importance of prompt and clear communication and strives to make the mortgage process stress-free for all involved. She has extensive experience assisting clients with all types of residential financing. Amy is a member of the Door County Board of Realtors (DCBR) and serves on the board's Advocacy Committee. She was honored as the DCBR's Affiliate of the Year in 2021. Amy is also a member of the Door County Home Builders Association and serves on their board of directors as treasurer. In April of 2022, Amy was recognized as Mortgage Banker of the Year for the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association. Amy is a life-long resident of Door County and currently lives in Sturgeon Bay. In her free time, Amy enjoys taking walks, gardening, traveling and spending time with her adult children.

Elizabeth (Betty) Bittner

Elizabeth (Betty) Bittner, Assistant Vice President - Branch Manager, joined Bank First in March of 2017. She has over 19 years of banking experience helping customers with all their financial needs. Building a trusting, long lasting relationship with her customers is her goal. Buying a home is one of a customer's biggest lifetime expenditures, and having owned 10 homes herself, Betty uses that experience to make the home financing process go as smoothly as possible for her clients. Betty has a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse. She is very active in her community and loves giving back. She is a member of the Two Rivers Business Industrial Development Committee, Two Rivers Community Development Association, President of the Two Rivers Rotary and Treasurer of their foundation, and Treasurer of Lakeshore Foster Families & Friends. Betty is also active in the local realtors association, home builders association, chamber, Two Rivers Business Association, and her church. Betty and her husband have three grown children and four grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys baking, traveling, spending time outdoors and watching football.

Hayley A. Marschke

Hayley Marschke, Retail Market Manager, joined the bank with 22 years of real estate experience including the past 11 years as a mortgage lender. She enjoys building relationships with her customers and is committed to making the mortgage process as seamless and stress-free as possible, providing an exceptional lending experience. Hayley is a member of the Portage County Business Council and a member and former President of the Stevens Point Noon Optimist Club. She lives in Stevens Point with her husband, Landen, who is a proud Army National Guard Veteran. They have three sons who are involved in baseball, basketball, and football. Hayley and her family enjoy traveling and experiencing the outdoors.

Jodi Ann Conrad - VP

Jodi Conrad, Vice President Retail Market Manager, joined Bank First in July of 2019. She has almost 20 years of retail banking experience helping customers with all their financial needs. Jodi understands the importance of providing great customer service and makes it a priority to build long-term banking relationships with her clients. She takes pride in helping her customers achieve their financial goals. Jodi has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She is very active her the community and has held several board/committee positions at her daughters' schools. She is also the Treasurer of the Grafton Basketball Club and enjoys meeting local families and members of the community through the organization's events and activities. In her free time, Jodi enjoys traveling and watching her girls' various sporting events.

Julie Luker

Julie Luker, Assistant Vice President - Retail Banking, joined Bank First in January 2013. She has over 25 years of retail banking experience assisting customers with both their deposit and loan needs. Having extensive experience as a mortgage loan officer, she takes pride in successfully helping families with their home financing goals. She appreciates the personal relationships that develop from working closely with homeowners and buyers as they navigate together through the home financing process, and personally responding to their banking questions long after the loan is closed. Julie is active in the Realtor Association of Northeast Wisconsin (RANW) and is a previous recipient of the RANW Affiliate of the Year Award. She enjoys volunteering for the realtor association, local builder associations, WisconSibs, chamber, her family's church, and other community events and organizations. She is also a board member of the Winnegamie Home Builders Association. Julie has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marian University, and earned her Associate's degree from UW-Oshkosh. She helps manage her family businesses, and in her free time enjoys outdoor activities, running, circuit training, reading, and spending time with her husband, their three sons, and friends.

Kathryn M. Schmitz - VP

Kathryn Schmitz, Vice President Retail Banking, joined Bank First in February 2016 and has over 15 years of experience in mortgage lending. Kathryn has spent her lending career working with many different home loan programs, including government programs, first-time homebuyer programs and down payment assistance options. She has made exceptional customer service, effective communication and dedication to her customers the backbone of her business and is devoted to helping her customers achieve their dream of home ownership. Kathryn is very active in the Manitowoc County Board of Realtors (MCBR) and is a recipient of their Affiliate of the Year Award. She also enjoys volunteering for local builder association and chamber events. Kathryn has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UW-Green Bay. She and her husband have one daughter, and they keep busy most weekends watching her play sports. In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys running, swimming and camping.

Kristi Lynn Roush

Kristi Roush, Retail Market Manager, joined Bank First in May 2020. She has over 15 years of retail banking experience working with borrowers to obtain their new home. Whether it is purchasing their first home or building their dream home, she enjoys assisting individuals and families by helping make their journey to homeownership as stress-free as possible. Kristi values the personal relationships that develop from working closely with her customers as they navigate through the financing process together and by personally responding to their banking questions long after the loan is closed. Kristi has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from UW-La Crosse. Active in her community, she is as an Ambassador with the Greater Tomah Area Chamber of Commerce and is the Secretary for Our Town Tomah Beautification. She is also Secretary of the Board at the Eastern Monroe County Rod and Gun Club. In her free time, she enjoys shooting trap, walking, watching her kid's many sporting events and spending time with her husband and her children.

Wendy A. Wright - VP

Wendy Wright, Vice President-Retail Banking, joined Bank First in July of 2019 and has over 26 years of banking experience. After attending the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse for business, she graduated from the Wisconsin Banker's Association School of Consumer Lending, and later the School of Mortgage Lending. Wendy is dedicated to her clients and contributes her success to responsiveness and providing a high level of service. She is focused on the needs of the customer, and her passion to help others make her well suited for her profession. Wendy is very active in her community and outlying areas. She is a dedicated member of her local American Legion Auxiliary, she serves as the unit Secretary along with volunteering at all American Legion events. She also serves on the Millston Park Commission and was awarded the Millston Citizen of the Year Award in 2018. In addition, she has been the Treasurer of the Tomah Softball Association for over 20 years and supports all athletics. Wright is also an active member of the Greater Tomah Area Chamber of Commerce, and has been awarded the Mayor's Award, and most recently in 2017, the Chamber Ambassador of the Year. Wendy and her husband have two daughters. They are avid Wisconsin sports fans and enjoy shooting pool in area leagues and tournaments. Being the youngest of eight children, much of their time is spent with family.
