Benjamin Leo

Ben spent over ten years serving as a military medic and civilian paramedic, taking care of high acuity patients. He is a graduate of University of Maryland with a degree in microbiology and human resources. Ben became a Registered Nurse in 2022 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in psychiatry. Ben is passionate about mental health and believes it is our nation's most under-spoken crisis. He believes that every person deserves to be the best version of themselves through a holistic, individualized, and value-based care model.

Ivana Mitic

Ivana received a Master of Science in anesthesiology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (2012) and a post-Master's in psychiatry from Wilkes University (2022). She has been operating Baltimore Ketamine Clinic since 2018 and provided relief to hundreds of people over the years. She is honored to be a part of each patient's healing path, while combining the art of anesthesiology with the precision of psychiatry. Ivana has administered thousands of anesthetics for patients undergoing surgical procedures and over 5,000 ketamine infusions. Her extensive experience in anesthesia and outpatient ketamine administration provides a safe environment, allowing you to focus on your healing.

Lindsay Cromwell-Rims

Lindsay obtained a Bachelor's in Nursing from Towson University and Master's in Healthcare Administration from Stevenson University. She brings extensive clinical experience from direct patient care in the intensive care unit, interventional radiology, and gastroenterology. In addition, Lindsay has a widespread background in quality improvement and leadership. Lindsay is very compassionate, personable and is great at providing a safe, healing environment.

Merry Fleishman

Helping inquirers and conducting initial consultations, Merry has been an integral part of our practice since 2020. She previously enjoyed a career in client relations and volunteered as an EMT, IV tech, firefighter, and rescue tech. Becoming an Addictions Counselor and Medical Assistant later led to roles working with mental health care providers of Ketamine therapy in 2016. Merry's thoughtfulness and extensive knowledge of our treatments ensure that we can meet your needs.

Michelle Ridgeway

Michelle Ridgeway is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received a Master of Science in psychiatry from Wilkes University in 2018. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she provided care as a Registered Nurse on an inpatient mental health unit for eight years. She was also an adjunct professor at York College, working with the nursing students during their psychiatric rotation. Michelle is passionate about educating the community, patients, and their family members about mental health, as well as providing comprehensive and holistic care. Her specialty is working with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, substance use disorders, and schizoaffective disorder.

Sanja Vranic

Following a long career in cosmetology, Sanja has become an uplifting and multitalented addition to our team. She graciously welcomes and orients all visitors to the clinic. She assists patients with the check-in process and will make certain you are comfortable and have what you need when getting settled in one of our treatment rooms. A little secret about Sanja is that she always has treats you may grab on your way out!
