The exact reason we only choose to have 4 participants per class is to ensure each individual gets hands on attention to create a Balanced, Able, Strong and Energised body... Here at BASEbody, we want to help you build a Balanced, Able, Strong and Energised body, regardless of your age, ability or gender! We pride ourselves on working with the body that is in front of us and helping each individual reach their goal... BASEbody Pilates aims to provide world class, fun and dynamic pilates instruction to all abilities.
