Belly's Hot Sauce is a handcrafted, small batch hot sauce company from Moncton, New Brunswick. As a local hot sauce company we strive to source the best and fresh ingredients with our local farmers. We believe as a small business working with other local companies will help put back the money into our economy... During the early spring of the 2020 pandemic, lots of people grew their own gardens. Phil, Founder of Belly's Hot Sauce or "Farmer Phil," as he is better known was one of these people. As he attempted to grow a garden full of vegetables, he shared his journey online with friends & family. Farmer Phil soon discovered however, that he was a terrible farmer. He lost most of his crops! The only plants that survived were his Habanero Peppers. Not only did the Habaneros survive, they thrived.
