Alicia has worked in client-facing roles for the past 10 years with both big and small SaaS firms, where she has gotten to experience true post sales client lifecycle. She has been fortunate in getting to experience roles in various capacities across Implementation, Training & Development and Customer Success. Within all these roles, she's learned her passion lies in Customer Success, since she gets to mix her need for great service with full creativity in how she builds relationships with her clients. Amir is a Senior Software Engineer at Mode. His development experience spans web, mobile, compiler, and game/engine construction. In his free time, Amir doodles, hacks on LLVM, and makes futile attempts to get through his Steam library.

Gaurav is the CEO of Mode. Prior to Mode he was CTO & GM at Digital.ai that he joined via its acquisition of Numerify, where he was co-founder & CEO. In previous lives he had product responsibility for the analytics portfolio at Oracle and was head of product management and GM at MicroStrategy from early stage through its IPO. He lives in the south bay with his wife and kids.

After several years working in financial services, Tim has gained considerable skills and experience over the past 10 years working in customer success for global SaaS companies. He's been recognized for helping large enterprises and mid-sized businesses achieve their key business goals by leveraging data and cloud technology. Outside of work Tim enjoys spending time with his family, as well as hiking, golfing, attending concerts, and following his favorite sports teams.
Tim is a Senior Software Engineer and previously worked at AT&T as a Principal Software Engineer. When not coding, Timothy loves to garden and landscaping around his house. Timothy also loves to hike and visit national parks around the country.
Todd is a Senior Product Manager on the Workflow team. Prior to joining Mode, he worked at Sephora where he helped launch Sephora + Kohl's which "democratized" beauty through stores outside urban centers. Before that, he was at Dictionary.com where he helped onboard the mobile team who completely rebuilt mobile apps including launching the game "Word Puzzle." Outside of work, you can find Todd in the kitchen cooking from a latest cookbook, streaming a film from Criterion, or nature-bathing at the beach or on a hike.
Tom is a Customer Support Analyst at Mode. He has always been involved with technology in some sense throughout his career. Tom loves helping users make sense of it all, no matter how complex! Fun fact: Tom speaks 4 languages and is a fly fishing fanatic.

Xavon is a Corporate Business Development Representative at Mode. He recently completed his degree in Integrated Business at the University of Central Florida, and during his time there was able to gain experience in a variety of industries, with an emphasis in Commercial Real Estate, Business Brokerage, and Venture Capital, particularly Angel Investing. When he is not in the virtual office, he can be found working out in the gym or out traveling to satiate his ever-growing wanderlust.
Ying is on the Product team at Mode. Prior, she was the first product analyst at a fintech startup and was actually the one who led the market research and onboarding of Mode there! She wants to leverage her experience to help companies become data savvy and improve analysts' lives. Outside of work, you can most likely find her running along the Embarcadero, playing with her Westie pup, or jet-setting to another country.

Zac has spanned the full stack, but settled on the back-end. Outside of software, he likes to create things in the physical works - hobbies such as cooking, woodworking, and gardening. He also loves spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs.
