Ho Pan

Ho Pan started his career as a cadet at a mid-tier accounting firm, before taking a graduate role at PwC. During his time at these accounting firms, he provided Business Advisory Services to a range of private businesses and high net worth individuals. In particular, he worked closely with several property industry businesses, which ranged from developers, funds and secondments at a listed property group. He then moved to London and worked in a Housing Association's finance team which owned and developed social and affordable housing in East London. On his return from London, Ho Pan started working for the Reed family to lead the finance function for their property development and commercial fit out businesses. As part of this role, Ho Pan worked closely with the Development team and sales team, being involved with the operations, project funding, reporting, land acquisitions and sale of the Waterlea Project. Ho Pan was also part of the team which was responsible for the proposed development of 41 McLaren Street North Sydney. Ho Pan's role included being part of the building management team, refinancing and was responsible for the completion of the sale of the building. At Benchmark Property Partners, Ho Pan heads the finance function - covering funding, feasibility studies, transaction management, compliance, reporting and stakeholder management - using his deep knowledge of the full property development life cycle, from feasibility, acquisitions, planning, project funding, sales through to delivery and divestment. Ho Pan is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, holds a degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney and has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
