Big Al's Smokehouse BBQ is a family-owned and operated authentic Dallas BBQ restaurant and caterer. Big Al's provides our customers with award-winning, hickory smoked meats, house-made sides and desserts in an comfortable, family-friendly environment without breaking the bank... Low and slow is our mantra. You can't rush good BBQ. We use only Angus Beef Brisket (upper 2/3 Choice - we like a little fat cap on our meats). Our Beef Ribs come from 44 Farms, and we are among the few to offer them every day. Our fall of the bone Pork Ribs are the best in town! We have created proprietary rubs for every meat we serve, and our BBQ Sauces are created to compliment them all. We make ALL of our foods from SCRATCH each and every day. From hand cut fries to bubbly peach cobbler, most of our recipes date back to Big Al's first years in business.
