Anthony Garrett

Anthony Garrett has been associated with David Bilow since 1986 and became a partner in the firm in 1999. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is licensed as an Architect in several states. In addition, he is a licensed Professional Planner in the State of New Jersey. His varied experience includes Architectural Design, Construction Management and City Planning. In addition, he has served as Chairman of a Planning Board in Boonton, New Jersey, currently serves on the Design Review Committee in Montville, New Jersey where he currently resides, and is the Past President of the Truro Non Resident Taxpayers Association in Massachusetts. He is also a part owner of the Green Bay Packers in the National Football League.

David N. Bilow

David N. Bilow, the founding principal of the firm, is a licensed architect and planner who holds bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture and urban design from the Carnegie Institute of Technology.

Matthew J. Spagnolo

Matthew J. Spagnolo has been with the firm since 1995 and has over twenty years of experience in the field of architecture, with varied experiences ranging from designing beach houses on the Jersey Shore to high rises in Manhattan. Mr. Spagnolo holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from Syracuse University School of Architecture and is a licensed architect in New Jersey, US and, Canada. Mr. Spagnolo is a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C) as granted by the United States Green Building Council (USBGC). He maintains active memberships in professional organizations including the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He is also licensed in Ontario, Canada. Matthew E. Bilow has worked at Bilow Garrett Group since 2005. Matthew graduated University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts and holds a Master's degree in architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology, School of Architecture. Matthew is a licensed architect in the State of New Jersey and a member of AIA, Architect's League of Northern New Jersey chapter. Along with working at the Bilow Garrett Group, Matthew also volunteered his time on the Ridgefield Park Historic Preservation Commission and is a  Board Member for the University of Maryland Northern New Jersey Alumni.
