TCM is a licensed corporation under the Securities and Futures Ordinance ("SFO") to carry out Type1 (dealing in securities), type 4 (advising on securities) and type 9 (asset management) regulated activities. In 2019, TCM was admitted as a CCASS participant of the Stock Exchange to provide investors with a full range of securities brokerage services. In 2020, Bison Corporate Finance Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary under the Group, was successfully granted a licence to carry out Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activity under the SFO by the Securities and Futures Commission.
