Wendy McGuinness is a seasoned journalist, media advisor and dynamic communication's trainer. As a journalist, she worked for the national talk radio network and the ABC, in radio, television and online news. She has been an on the road reporter, an editor, newsreader and producer for top-rating, local, national and international content. Three years as a media advisor with NSW Police, honed her skills in media management and crisis communication. Handling sensitive issues and managing pro-active campaigns gave her valuable skills in high-stakes communication. Later, with Tourism New South Wales, Wendy broadened her expertise in pro-active media engagement. Wendy has a BA (Journalism) a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Level 2 in 4MAT training design - so all training is tailored to individual needs and learning styles. Wendy is an Associate of the Public Relations Institute of Australia and maintains strong interest and connections in the media and communication's industry.
