Alan E. Laing

Alan joined Taylor Morrison as Executive Vice President of Homebuilding Operations in January, 2016, where he oversees the all of the company's business processes. Prior to joining Taylor Morrison, Alan was President, CEO and Board Member of Orleans Homes, where he successfully turned the company around from bankruptcy and sold the majority of its divisions to Taylor Morrison in July of 2015. From 1993 to 2008 Alan worked for Pulte Homes, where he was most recently Area President for Pulte Building Systems, a wholly owned vertically integrated building materials company. Alan's initial role at Pulte was VP of Operations, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the company's industry leading supply chain strategies. Alan began his homebuilding career at Tridel Enterprises, a leading Canadian Builder based in Toronto, as an assistant superintendent and was the company's Director of Operations when he was recruited to Pulte in 1992. Alan is a Board member of Roxul Inc., the global leader in stone wool insulation, and is a former Board Member of Dominion Homes, where he played a key role in its sale to Pulte Homes in 2014. Alan lives in Phoenix, Ariz. with his wife. He has three grown sons and two grandchildren. When he's not in the office or visiting Taylor Morrison's 17 divisions, he enjoys team roping, golfing, fishing and hiking.

Bob Witte - CIO, VP

Bob Witte joined Taylor Morrison as vice president and chief information officer in June 2004. His responsibilities include oversight of all enterprise-wide IT activities, including infrastructure and architecture, applications deployment, re-engineering business processes, networks, data center operations and user support. Prior to joining Taylor Morrison, Witte spent 17 years at General Electric, where he held the position of chief information officer for GE Nuclear Energy for three years and GE Wind Energy for two years. He has a bachelor's degree in management information systems from Syracuse University and a master's of business administration degree from Purdue University.

Mr. Sherman has served as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since June 2009, and his title was changed to Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary effective in January 2016. Mr. Sherman has twenty years of experience in the homebuilding industry, having served in senior legal roles at Centex Homes and Pulte Homes/Del Webb Corporation. Prior to joining the homebuilding industry, Mr. Sherman was a finance and real estate lawyer at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., a law firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds a B.A. in Economics with university honors and a J.D., both from Brigham Young University, where he was a member of the BYU Law Review. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the American Bar Association and admitted to the Arizona and U.S. Supreme Courts.

James Sholem

Mr. Sholem has served as a director since January 2015. Mr. Sholem is a Principal at TPG Real Estate and is based in New York City. Prior to joining TPG Real Estate in 2011, Mr. Sholem spent his entire career in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area of Goldman, Sachs & Co., an investment bank, focusing on real estate private equity investing in North America. Mr. Sholem has completed over $8 billion of transactions across various real estate asset classes. Mr. Sholem received a B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Brown University. Jason Keller

Mr. Keller has served as a director since July 2011. Mr. Keller is a Managing Director of Oaktree and previously served as Senior Vice President since he joined the firm in July 2007. Mr. Keller oversees the Oaktree real estate group's land, residential and homebuilding investments. Mr. Keller previously worked as a Vice President in the Real Estate Private Equity division of DLJ/Credit Suisse, an investment bank. Prior to joining DLJ, Mr. Keller worked in real estate finance at Salomon Brothers and CIBC Oppenheimer, financial services providers, advising numerous public and private companies, REITs, and financial institutions with respect to the acquisition, disposition and recapitalization of their real estate portfolios. He also worked as a real estate manager and developer for D-Street Investments, a boutique private equity firm. Mr. Keller holds a B.A. in Finance from Utah State University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Terry joined Taylor Morrison as Chief People Officer in September 2016. Upon his arrival, he rebranded the Human Resources Department into People Services, a change that demonstrated the organization's deeper commitment to its people and to fostering learning and development. Mr. Terry is responsible for leading all facets of the new People Services team and ensuring Taylor Morrison employees have the skills and training they need to be empowered and successful. Mr. Terry's career spans 20 years of human resources, operations and leadership experience at top-tier consumer products companies, as well as in the automotive, retail, and real estate sector. He offers a wealth of experience with organizational transformation, business turnarounds and building capability. Most recently, Mr. Terry served as Group Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer and Manufacturing for Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc. now Kroger Co. Throughout his career Mr. Terry also held various senior human resources roles at Kraft Foods, Inc., Cummins, Inc. and operational roles at Dean Foods Company. Mr. Terry was a former Board Member and Vice President for Roundy's Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to relieving hunger and helping victims of domestic abuse. He has also volunteered as an executive council member for the Hunger Task Force. Mr. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Silver Lake College and a MBA with a finance concentration from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Mr. Davis has served as a director since July 2011. Mr. Davis is a TPG Senior Partner and co-heads TPG's Real Estate Group. Prior to 2012, he was also head of TPG's North American Buyouts Group, incorporating investments in all non-technology industry sectors. Prior to joining TPG in 2000, Mr. Davis was President and Chief Operating Officer of Colony Capital, Inc., which he co-founded in 1991. Prior to the formation of Colony, Mr. Davis was a principal of RMB Realty, Inc., the real estate investment vehicle of Robert M. Bass. Prior to his affiliation with RMB Realty, he worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co., an investment bank, in New York City and with Trammell Crow Company, a real estate developer, in Dallas and Los Angeles. Mr. Davis is a Director of AV Homes, Inc., a public homebuilder, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, a casino and resort developer and Parkway Properties, Inc., a public real estate investment trust. He is also a long-time Director (and one-time Chairman) of Los Angeles Team Mentoring, Inc. (a charitable mentoring organization), is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and is on the Board of Overseers of the Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens. Rajath Shourie - Managing Director

Mr. Shourie has served as a director since July 2011. Mr. Shourie is a Managing Director in Oaktree Capital Management L.P.'s ("Oaktree") Distressed Debt Group. Mr. Shourie contributes to the analysis, portfolio construction and management of Oaktree's Distressed Opportunities, Value Opportunities and Strategic Credit strategies. Since joining Oaktree in 2002, Mr. Shourie has spent his time investing in distressed debt. He has invested in the airline/aircraft industry for a number of years, and led the firm's investments in financial institutions during the global financial crisis. Mr. Shourie has worked with a number of Oaktree's portfolio companies, and currently serves on the board of STORE Capital, a specialty real estate investment trust. He has been an active on a number of creditors' committees, including the steering committee in the restructuring of CIT Group. Prior to joining Oaktree, he was an Associate in the Principal Investment area at Goldman, Sachs & Co., and a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. Sheryl Palmer is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, a leading national homebuilder and developer based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since 2007, Ms. Palmer has overseen a highly experienced leadership team in several key national homebuilding markets. With more than 30 years of hands-on building experience, including leadership in land acquisition, sales and marketing, development and operations management, Ms. Palmer has been able to lead Taylor Morrison into the top ranks of America's largest public homebuilders, following the company's IPO in 2013. Ms. Palmer also currently serves as a Director of Interface, Inc., a worldwide carpet tile company. Currently, Ms. Palmer is implementing a new business strategy focused on expanding the company's U.S. footprint. As part of this initiative, Taylor Morrison sold its Canadian business to Mattamy Homes in late 2014. In 2015, Taylor Morrison successfully acquired JEH Homes in Atlanta, Georgia and the Chicago, Charlotte and Raleigh divisions of Orleans homes, marking the company's entrance into four new major metropolitan markets. In 2016, Taylor Morrison also acquired Acadia Homes another homebuilder in Atlanta. Ms. Palmer has spent most of her career in the Arizona, California and Nevada real estate markets. Prior to Taylor Morrison, Ms. Palmer was a division president at Blackhawk Corporation, a builder of active adult communities based in northern California. In addition, she served with Pulte Homes for more than five years, beginning in the Phoenix market and ultimately serving as Nevada area president, supervising all aspects of operations for its Del Webb and Pulte communities. Ms. Palmer and her husband split their time between Scottsdale and Las Vegas. When she's not working or travelling between Taylor Morrison's divisions, she loves spending time with her three children and grandchildren.

Tawn Kelley joined Taylor Morrison as president of Taylor Morrison Home Funding and Mortgage Funding Direct Ventures in April 2009 after Taylor Morrison acquired Mortgage Funding Direct Ventures, owned by Kelley. Prior to joining Taylor Morrison, Kelley owned and operated Mortgage Funding Direct Ventures, which partnered with production home builders to create in-house mortgage subsidiaries. As managing member and owner since 2001, Taylor Morrison Home Funding expanded nationally and grew from mortgage brokerage to lender. Kelley is president and managing member for Mortgage Funding Direct Ventures. She has more than 24 years in the mortgage industry specializing in new construction financing working for NVR Mortgage and Wells Fargo Mortgage (formerly Norwest Mortgage).
